تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإشكاليات التي تعيق عمل الصحافة الاستقصائية في الصحافة الفلسطينية من وجهة نظر الصحفيين الاستقصائيين وتندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الوصفية التي تهدف إلى جمع المعلومات والحقائق والبيانات عن ظاهرة الإشكاليات التي تعيق وجود صحافة استقصائية فلسطينية واعتمدت على منهج المسح الذي يتم من خلاله جمع البيانات عن المتغيرات كما توجد في الواقع. وذلك من خلال صحيفة استقصاء صممت لتخدم أهداف البحث وقد تم اختيار أسلوب الحصر الشامل للقائم بالاتصال والواردة أسماؤهم في التحقيقات الاستقصائية في الصحف الفلسطينية والتي اشتملت على، جريدة الحياة الجديدة وجريدة الرسالة وجريدة فلسطين، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإشكاليات التي تواجه الصحافة الاستقصائية تمثلت في نقص الكوادر الصحفية وضعف الدعم المادي والمعنوي والأوضاع السياسية وعدم وجود تشريعات قانونية تؤكد حق الحصول على المعلومات وأجمع الصحفيون على أن تطور الصحافة الاستقصائية في فلسطين يتمثل في التعبير عن مصلحة المواطنين والالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة ومعايير العمل الصحفي وضمان تأمين وحماية الصحفي الاستقصائي.
The study aims to identify the problems that hinder the work of investigative journalism in the Palestinian press from the viewpoint of investigative journalists, and this study falls within the descriptive female students, which aims to collect information and facts and data on the phenomenon of the problems that hinder the existence of a Palestinian Investigative Journalism. And it relied on the survey method through which the data for the variables collection as there are, in fact, through a newspaper survey designed to serve the objectives of the research, has been selected comprehensive inventory method to an existing contact named in the survey investigations in Palestinian newspapers, which included: The New Al-Hayat newspaper and newspaper letter and the newspaper Palestine. The study found that the problems facing investigative journalism was the lack of journalistic cadres, and the weakness of financial and moral support, and the political situation, and the lack of legal legislation affirms the right of access to information, and the entire journalists that investigative journalism development in Palestine is to express the interests of citizens and a commitment to ethics profession and standards of journalistic work and to ensure the protection of investigative journalist insurance.
