تناولت في هذا البحث الخوارج فعرفت بهم وتعرضت إلى منهجهم حيال نصوص القرآن الكريم واتباعهم لأهوائهم في تأويل الآيات لغرض توظيفها لمسلكهم المنحرف الذي يقوم على الحكم على الخلفاء والعلماء بالظلم والكفر ثم الوصول إلى استحلال الدماء المعصومة، فهم يتشكلون حسب أهوائهم وما يخدم مذهبهم، فتارة يكونون نصيين ظاهريين وأخرى مؤولين، وفهمت من خلال الآيات التي أولوها أنهم ورثوا المسلمين منهجاً خطيرا ًيقوم على توظيف النصوص المعصومة للتخلص من التكاليف الشرعية أو لاستباحة ما حرمه الله تبارك وتعالى من دماء وأعراض وأموال. وبينت تأويلاتهم الفاسدة لآيات القرآن الكريم، ومناقشتها في ضوء الفكر الإسلامي، وكذلك تحذير المسلمين من هذا الفكر الفاسد. من تكفير من لم يستحق التكفير، والخروج على الحاكم وما يترتب على ذلك من المفاسد- وحثهم على اتباع المنهج الصحيح القويم في هذه المسألة، حسب ما سارت عليه النصوص الشرعية، سائلا المولى عز وجل أن يجعل هذا العمل خالصا ًلوجهه الكريم.
The study tackles the Kharijites or rebels; their backgrounds, their methodology adopted in interpreting Qura’nicverses, and their inclinations towards verses’ interpretations that serve their own deviant behavior which is based on judging caliphs and scholars as unjust and infidels and then killing innocents by cold blood. They work according to their own desires and what serves their doctrine. Sometimes they adopt the visible method and other times they tend to be interpretative. From the verses they interpreted, the researcher concludes that Kharijites have inherited the Muslims a dangerous approach based on the use of firmly constructed texts to get rid of Islamic legal duties or to permit what God Almighty has prohibited such as, killing the innocents, and saving people’s honors and money. In this account, the researcher showed and discussed their misinterpretations of Qur’anic verses in the light of the Islamic thought, as well as warning the Muslims from this corrupt thought; which disbelieve the believers who could not be claimed to be so and/or rebel against the ruler and its consequences of huge corruptions. The study urges the Kharijites to follow the correct approach in this matter according to what have been confirmed in the Islamic legal texts.
