المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث تصحيح مفهوم المصطلح الأصولي، وأهمية تجديده وتجديد منهج دراسته في تجديد الخطاب الديني، وعنونت له بـ "تجديد المصطلح الأصولي"، وهو يندرج تحت المحور الثاني: أصول التجديد، الانطلاقة الرابعة: تصحيح المفاهيم (عقيدة – شريعة – أخلاق).
فالمصطلح بوجه عام يمثل أساس النهضة العلمية، وقد عرف العلماء القدماء المصطلح، وخبروا خفاياه وجوانبه المختلفة، ولمسوا أهميته وفوائده في بناء النهضة العلمية التي سعوا إليها، والمصطلح الأصولي خاصة يمثل أساس نهضة علم أصول الفقه، فقد أشار الطاهر ابن عاشور إلى أهمية المصطلح الأصولي في الاجتهاد عند ذكره عناصر تجديد الفكر الأصولي، فعد إحكام صياغة حدود المصطلح بالأصولي من تلك العناصر.
كما أنه يمثل أيضاً مفتاح النظر الشرعي، وهو أساس تصحيح مفاهيم الشريعة وتجديد الخطاب الديني؛ لان المصطلح الأصولي عليه مدار فهم الأدلة الإجمالية التي عليها مدار الأحكام الشرعية، ومن هنا كانت العلوم الشرعية من حيث هي قائمة على أساس الفهم عن الله تعالى – أصالة كعلوم التفسير والحديث، أو تبعاً كمصطلح الحديث- روافد لعلم الأصول، ولتجديد الخطاب الديني لابد من إعداد منهج أصولي جديد، وبداية ذلك تكون بدراسة المصطلح الأصولي، ولذلك اخترت هذا الموضوع.
ويهدف البحث إلى النهوض بأصول الفقه وتجديده سعياً لتجديد مفهوم الخطاب الديني.
وقد اتبعت في ذلك منهجاً يقوم على؛ المنهج الاستقرائي: في تتبع ما ذكر عن مفهوم المصطلح الأصولي، ومعرفة مدى أهمية تجديده، والمنهج الاستنباطي: في استنباط شروط وضع المصطلح الأصولي، ومنهج دراساته، والمنهج الوصفي: في وصف وتعريف كل ما يتطرق إليه البحث من مصطلحات.
وجاء البحث في مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة.
المقدمة، وهي مدخل للموضوع، ثم المبحث الأول: (مفهوم المصطلح الأصولي)، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب، أما المبحث الثاني: فبعنوان (أهمية تجديد المصطلح الأصولي ودراسته)، وفيه مطلبان ويليه الخاتمة: وتشمل أهم النتائج التي وصلت إليها من خلال دراستي.

This research dealt with correcting the concept of the terminology of principle, and the importance of its modernization and modernization of its method of study in modernizing the religious discourse. Entitled "Modernization of terminology of principle," It falls under the second topic: Fundamentals of Modernization, Fourth Topic: Correction of Concepts (Doctrine – Shariah (Islamic Law)- Ethics).
The term, in general, represents the basis of the scientific renaissance, and ancient scholars knew the terminology, and experienced its various secrets and aspects, and felt its importance and benefits in building the scientific renaissance that they sought. The terminology of principle, in particular, represents the basis of the revival of the science of jurisprudence. Tahir Ibn Ashour pointed out the importance of the terminology of principle in ijtihad (deduction/extrapolation) when he mentioned the elements of renewing the fundamental thought. The articulation of the term limits by the expert is one of those elements. It also represents the key to Shariah (Islamic Law) consideration, which is the basis for correcting Shariah (Islamic Law) concepts and renewing religious discourse. Because the terminology of principle is based on understanding the overall evidence on which the Islamic rulings are based. Hence, the Islamic sciences were based on understanding Allah. — Directly such as the sciences of interpretation and Hadith, or depending on such as the terminology of Hadith- tributaries to the science of principle. The beginning of this would be by studying the terminology of principle, so I chose this topic. The research aims to promote and modernize the principles of jurisprudence in order to renew the concept of religious discourse. In doing so, I followed an approach based on the inductive method of tracking what was mentioned about the concept of the terminology of principle and knowing how important it is to renew it. The deductive approach: in devising the conditions for the development of the terminology of principle, the methods for its studies, and the descriptive approach: in describing and defining all the terms covered by the research. The research has an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion.
Introduction, which is an entrance to the subject, the first topic is "The concept of the terminology of principle", and it contains three issues, and the second topic is entitled "The importance of modernizing the terminology of principle and its study", and it contains two issues, followed by the conclusion, including the most important results achieved through my study.
