dis paper is titled Taqyīd al-Aḥkām bi Tamām al-Kalām: Dirasah Naḥawiyyah Taṭbīqiyyah (Restricting the Rulings to the Completion of Speech: Grammatical and Applied Study). It investigates the issues related to restricting the rulings to the completion of speech as discussed in the classical books of Arabic Grammar and the classical Arabic language as well as their application to grammatical topics. It also explores the opinions and arguments of the Arabic grammarians and stating the preponderant opinion. dis paper aims at investigating the significance of restricting the rulings to the completion of speech. It consists of an introduction, an introductory section, five sections and a conclusion. The introduction explores the significance and rationale of the research and the introductory section discusses the relationship between Arabic sentence and speech. The five sections investigate different topics as follows: al-Marfu'at (nouns in the nominative case), al-Manṣūbāt ((nouns in the accusative case), al-Tawābi', Mushtaqqāt (derivatives) and Ḥurūf al-Jarr (prepositions) respectively. The Conclusion includes the results of the research. The approach used in dis paper is to classify the issues under their respective researches and examine the opinions of the Arabic Grammarians and stating the preponderant ones.
