المستخلص: Le discours politique fait partie intégrante des études en analyse du discours, notamment celles qui s’intéressent à l’examen des stratégies discursives visant à influencer autrui. L’auteure analyse la cohérence thématique des discours de la concorde civile du Président Bouteflika. Elle tente de développer une approche dynamique dans laquelle elle distingue différents types de progression thématique. En outre, elle soutient l’idée, inspirée de certaines études en linguistique textuelle, que le rôle des stratégies discursives est d’assurer l’influence de l’instance politique, à travers son discours, lui permettant ainsi d’exercer une action, un pouvoir sur l’instance citoyenne

Political discourse is an integral part of studies in discourse analysis, especially those that study discourse strategies aimed at influencing the other.
In this article, the author analyzes the subjective consistency of discourses on civil harmony of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
In doing so, it tries to develop a dynamic approach that characterizes different types of thematic progress. In addition, she supports the idea, inspired by some studies in textual linguistics that the role of discourse strategies is to ensure the influence of the political body and allow it to exercise its authority over the citizenship body.

الخطاب السياسي هو جزء لا يتجزأ من الدراسات في تحليل الخطاب، وبخاصة تلك التي تدرس الاستراتيجيات الخطابية الهادفة للتأثير على الآخر.
تحلل الكاتبة في هذا المقال التناسق الموضوعي للخطابات الخاصة بالوئام المدني للرئيس عبد العزيز بوتفليقة. وهي بذلك تحاول وضع نهج ديناميكي الذي يميز بين مختلف أنواع التقدم المواضيعي.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تدعم الكاتبة الفكرة، التي تستوحيها من بعض الدراسات في اللسانيات النصية، في أن دور الاستراتيجيات الخطابية هو ضمان نفوذ الهيئة السياسية والسماح لها ممارسة سلطتها على الهيئة المواطنية.
