|f The present study aims to provide a model of suitable housing for disabled people using a wheelchair, by presenting the most important international standards in modifying the home space for this category, on the one hand, and analyzing the most important trends related to people with motor disabilities and the towards their housing, on the other hand.\nThe study included a sample of (200) persons with motor disabilities. |a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم نموذج للسكن الملائم للأفراد المعاقين المستخدمين للكرسي المتحرك، من خلال عرض أهم المعايير العالمية في تعديل الفضاء المنزلي لهذه الفئة، من جهة، وتحليل أهم الاتجاهات المتعلقة بذوي الإعاقة الحركية نحو سكنهم، من جهة ثانية.\nوقد شملت الدراسة عينة مكونة من (200) شخص معاق حركيا. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن أفراد العينة المدروسة لديهم اتجاهات سلبية نحو سكناتهم، بسبب الصعوبات والعوائق المادية.\n

|d Le présent article a pour objet de présenter un modèle d’habitation qui permet une adaptation et un confort de l’espace intérieur des personnes handicapées, qui est considéré comme étant l’un des maillons de leur bien être à domicile. Nous exposons, d’une part, à travers cet article, le modèle général d’accessibilité au profit des handicapés moteurs conformément aux normes internationales, et d’autre part, une analyse des attitudes des personnes handicapées envers leurs logements. La collecte des données s’est effectuée à Alger auprès de N=200 handicapés. L’analyse des résultats démontre que les personnes handicapées ont des attitudes moins positives envers leurs logements, les habitations ne sont pas totalement accessibles et plusieurs parties de ces logements présentent des difficultés d’accès et d’usage particulièrement pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant.
