المستخلص: The relationship between Islam and democracy is often very sensitive; simply daring to initiate the study of this relationship by applying the scientific method is one of the most ambitious scientific issues. The great Algerian thinker Malik Ben Nabi gives us one of his brilliant ideas on this subject, considering that our treatment of one of the two concepts in our lives should in no way exclude the other. In his book “Democracy and Islam,” the thinker at first glance raises the problem of relationship by asking: Does Islam produce democratic sense? It must be said that Ben Nabi presented several elements that would provide answers to his question. These elements are among his most innovative ideas in this field. By diving into the views of this philosopher, this study aims to draw the parameters of this relationship among readers by providing them with the opportunity to learn about the unique methodology of Malik Bin Nabi while dealing with these controversial concepts.

La relation entre l’Islam et la démocratie a été depuis longtemps une relation très délicate ; oser aborder scientifiquement le rapport résultant de ces deux concepts, relève des esquisses intellectuelles les plus ambitieuses. Le grand penseur algérien Malek Bennabi nous livre une de ses brillantes pensées à ce sujet, dans la mesure où l’assertion de l’un des deux concepts dans notre vie ne devrait en aucun cas exclure l’autre. Dans son livre La démocratie en Islam, le penseur pose depuis l’introduction les jalons de la problématique centrale : L ’Islam produit-il le sentiment démocratique? Il convient de dire que Bennabi en propose des éléments de réponse qui sont qualifiés dans l’ordre de ses réflexions les plus innovatrices dans ce domaine. La présente étude se veut un va-et-vient entre les pensées de ce grand philosophe où les lecteurs auront l’occasion de mettre en valeur le caractère ingénieux de Bennabi dans sa manière tisser le nœud entre ces deux concepts controverses.

تعتبر العلاقة التي تربط الإسلام والديمقراطية، في الكثير من الأحيان، علاقة حساسة جدا؛ فمجرد التجرؤ إلى التطرق لدراسة هذه العلاقة بواسطة تطبيق المنهج العلمي، يعتبر في حد ذاته من الرهانات العلمية الأكثر طموحا. يمنحنا المفكر الجزائري الكبير مالك واحدة من أفكاره الرائعة حول هذا الموضوع، على اعتبار أن تعاملنا مع أحد المفهومين في حياتنا، لا ينبغي بأي حال من الأحوال أن يستبعد المفهوم الآخر. في كتابه "الديمقراطية والإسلام" يطرح المفكر من الوهلة الأولى إشكالية العلاقة عبر السؤال: هل ينتج الإسلام الشعور الديمقراطي؟ يجب القول إن مالك قدم عدة عناصر من شأنها تشكيل أجوبة لتساؤله، وتندرج هذه العناصر في مصاف أفكاره الأشد ابتكارا في هذا المجال. تهدف هذه الدراسة، عن طريق الغوص داخل أفكار هذا الفيلسوف، إلى رسم معالم هذه العلاقة لدى القراء من خلال إتاحتهم الفرصة للوقوف على المنهجية الفذة لمالك أثناء تناوله هذه المفاهيم الجدلية.
