يعتبر العصر الحديث مثقلا بمفاهيم عن الإنسان وفضائله الاجتماعية والسياسية من قبيل حقوق المواطنة، الديمقراطية التشاركية، والعدالة... وفق الحقوق الطبيعية، وما زاد الآمر صعوبة هو تفاعل هذه المحددات ضمن أطر العولمة وما أنتجته من قيم صهرت في بوتقتها كل الخصوصيات والهويات، وجعلت من الصعب الحفاظ على الثقافة المحلية أو العرف المنظم لسلوكيات الجماعة، لكن من الواضح أن حال المدنية الحالية وتعقيداتها أطرت لها فلسفات سابقة استشرفت الصعوبات فرسمت وسطرت الحلول للتغلب على الصراع ووضع مقابله الاتفاق. تلك الإشكالية التي ناضلت فلسفة روسو لبنائها ووضحت الإطار العام الذي تحافظ من خلاله على قيمها، برفضها المدنية لانتهاكها مقدسات الإنسان كالحرية والعدالة، وآمن روسو بالإنسان الطبيعي الأول المتوحش لما يمتلكه من قيم تؤطرها فطرة سليمة، بإبقاء فضائل الطبيعة وتنميتها وفق منهجية تربوية شاملة تراعي كل حاجات الفرد واهتماماته الدينية السياسية الأخلاقية الجمالية الفنية في دولة ضمن مشروع عقد اجتماعي أساسه المواطن.
modem era seem to be burdened with the concepts about man, its social and political virtues such as citizenship rights, participatory democracy, justice according to natural rights, what has increased the difficulty is the interaction of these determinants within globalization values that fused in melting pot all the particulars and identities, and made it difficult to maintain local cultures or customs that organizing the group behavior, but it is clear that the current civility and its complexity has been framed by previous philosophies that foresaw the difficulties so it portrayed the solutions to overcome the conflict and exchanged it with agreement. That’s the problem that Rousseau’s philosophy struggled to build, and clarified it’s general frame which through it keeps it’s values, a philosophy rejected civility for its violation of human sanctities such as freedom and justice. Rousseau believed in first nature of man (savage) for his values regulated by common sense, where he kept natural virtues developed with a comprehensive educational methodology that takes into account all the needs of individuals and religious, political, moral and aesthetic interests, in a State within a project of social contract based on the citizen.
