|b Al-Shawkani adopted the division of the Sumaani in the types of Alnaskh, which divided them into six types. The public agreed as they went to the occurrence of the three types of Alnaskh known as the Alnaskh of the recitation and the ruling together, and the Alnaskh of the ruling without reciting the recitation. |a تبني الشوكاني تقسيم السمعاني في أنواع النسخ، حيث قسمها إلى ستة أنواع، فوافق الجمهور فيما ذهبوا إليه من وقوع أنواع النسخ الثلاثة المعروفة وهي: نسخ التلاوة والحكم معا، ونسخ الحكم دون التلاوة، ونسخ التلاوة دون الحكم، أما اختلاف الشوكاني مع الجمهور فما هو إلا اختلاف بيان وتوضيح أي أنه لم يختلف عنهم كثيرا بل زاد الأقسام وضوحاً وتفصيلا، وهي تتلخص في ثلاثة أنواع أخرى كما يوضحها البحث.
