|a الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تسليط الضوء على أحد الجوانب الاجتماعية لبلاد المغرب إبان العهود الإسلامية في القرون الوسطى، استنادا إلى كتاب "الونشريسي" الموسوم بـ "المعيار المعرب والجامع المغرب عن فتاوى أهل إفريقية والأندلس والمغرب". وسنقتصر في هذه البحث على دراسة بعض الظواهر الاجتماعية المرتبطة بالعادات والتقاليد التي تعكس واقع الحياة الثقافية والعلمية لبلاد المغرب, مثل طريقة ارتدا اللثام عند الطوارق باعتبارها فريدة من نوعها، كما نتطرق إلى بعض الطقوس والعادات المرتبطة بالجنائز، بالإضافة كيفية تعامل الناس مع رؤية هلال شهر رمضان وطريقة إذاعة الخبر في القرى المجاورة ... كما سنتناول بعض العادات السيئة كاختلاط الرجال بالنساء في بعض المناسبات الاحتفالية، فضلا عن توضيحات "الونشريسي" لموقف العلماء المغاربة من هذه الآفة، والحلول الكفيلة بمحاربتها.\nيتضح لنا من خلال هذه الدراسة، أن هناك العديد من العادات والتقاليد لازالت تمارس إلى يومنا هذا، رغم تقادمها عبر الأجيال والأزمنة، مما يؤكد أهمية ودور العادات والتقاليد في الحفاظ على ذاكرة وتراث الشعوب.

|d Le but de cette étude est de mettre en évidence l'un des aspects sociaux de la population du pays du Maroc au cours des islamiques du Moyen Âge, en se fondant sur un livre "Al wansharissi" dans son livre "standard Maroc Mosquée Maroc Fatwas peuple africain et l'Andalousie et le Maroc", et de réaliser l'étude, dans les pages de ce livre sont de nombreux aspects sociaux, et religieux, économique et scientifique, décrits par l'auteur dans, et nous dans cette étude, nous nous limitons à certains des aspects sociaux liés aux coutumes et aux traditions comme reflétant la réalité de la vie culturelle, scientifique, et de la population religieuse du pays du Maroc, nous décrivons les habitudes de la population du pays comme s'habiller avec le voile, qui est unique à la Touareg dans le monde, et d'autres vêtements...‘également abordé certaines des funérailles associées telles que les habitudes déclarées, et de veiller à lits morts, donner la nourriture... ainsi que les relations avec l'observation du croissant du Ramadan, la façon de diffuser des nouvelles aux villages voisins..., l'exposition à certaines mauvaises habitudes qui ont été dispersées comme: le mélange des femmes aux hommes dans les célébrations et ainsi de suite, comme "Al wansharissi" clarifie la position des chercheurs marocains de cette calamité, et les dispositions qu'ils ont produit à volonté.\nIl est clair pour nous à travers cette étude qu'il ya beaucoup d'habitudes qui sont toujours en vigueur à ce jour, en dépit de la longueur des générations de temps, ce qui confirme le rôle de la tradition et de la pratique dans la préservation de la mémoire et le patrimoine des peuples

|f The aim of this study is to shed light on one of the social aspects of the Maghreb during the medieval Islamic era, based on the book “Al-Wonchrisi”, which is called "Al-miʿyār al-muʿrib wa-l-jāmiʿ al-mughrib ʿan fatāwā ʿulamāʾ Ifrīqiya wa-l-Andalus wa-l-Maghrib" (The Clear Standard). In this research, we will limit ourselves to studying some of the social phenomena associated with customs and traditions that reflect the reality of the cultural and scientific life of the Maghreb, such as the method of wearing the mask in Tuareg people as unique, as well as some rituals and customs associated with funerals. In addition, how people deal with the vision of the crescent of Ramadan and how news is broadcast in nearby villages... \nFrom this study, it is clear to us that many customs and traditions continue to be practiced today, despite their obsolescence through generations and times, which confirms the importance and role of customs and traditions in preserving the memory and heritage of peoples.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
