المستخلص: Sheikh Taher Al-Jazairi has been interested in the research of phonology and a range of its issues through his writings. Through this research, we will try to highlight his approach in presenting the topic of movements or voices and their importance in the Arabic language by identifying the views of linguists, both old and modern, on this issue and discussing Sheikh Taher's opinions in order to gain an understanding of the importance of Arab movements and their significance in the word and the relationship between letter and movement is based on the fact that the Arabic language is an integral texture of sounds (voices and silents).

اهتم الشيخ طاهر الجزائري بمباحث علم الأصوات ومجموعة من مسائله من خلال مؤلفاته. ومن خلال هذا البحث سنحاول إبراز منهجه في عرض قضية الحركات أو الصوائت وأهميتها في اللغة العربية؛ وذلك بالوقوف على آراء علماء اللغة قديما وحديثا في هذه المسألة، ومناقشة آراء الشيخ طاهر من أجل الوصول إلى إدراك أهمية الحركات العربية ودلالتها في الكلمة، والعلاقة القائمة بين الحرف والحركة انطلاقا من أن اللغة العربية هي نسيج متكامل من الأصوات (الصوائت والصوامت).

Le centre d'intérêt du Cheikh Taher El Djazairi s’est focalisé sur la recherche dans le domaine de la phonologie et ses champs d’étude à travers ses oeuvres. Par le biais de cette recherche, nous allons essayer de mettre en évidence son approche dans la présentation de la question des mouvements des voyelles et son importance dans la langue arabe et ce par mettre le point sur l'opinion des linguistes à travers le temps, et discuter les points de vue du Cheikh Taher El Djazairi afin d'atteindre l'importance des mouvements et la signification du mot dans la langue arabe et la relation entre le caractère de la lettre et le mouvement des sons dans la langue arabe qui est une composante intégrée des sons (consonnes et voyelles).
