المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة تعرف العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية المؤدية لظاهرة الطلاق في ضوء التغيرات الاجتماعية في المجتمع الفلسطيني-دراسة في جنوب الضفة الغربية من عام 2013 لغاية عام 2016، واستعانت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي لوصف ظاهرة الطلاق وتحليلها وتفسير أثر التغير الاجتماعي على انتشار الظاهرة في المجتمع الفلسطيني، واستعانت الدراسة بمنهج دراسة الحالة للتعمق في جمع البيانات من الميدان عن طريق المقابلة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المطلقات والمطلقين في محافظات جنوب الضفة الغربية محافظة بيت لحم ومحافظة الخليل والبالغ عددهم حسب إحصاءات المحاكم الشرعية (4443) حالة، واعتمد الباحث أداة الاستبانة وأداة المقابلة كأداتين لجمع البيانات من الميدان، وتم الاستعانة بالعينة القصدية وذلك لصعوبة الوصول إلى جميع حالات الطلاق في مجتمع الدراسة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج الآتية: 1) وجود فروق في مجال العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للطلاق تعزي لمتغير العمر عند الزواج لصالح 18 سنة فأقل، ومدة الحياة الزوجية لصالح 3 سنوت فأقل، ومكان السكن لصالح القرية، والدخل الشهري للأسرة لصالح 3501 لغاية 5000 شيكل. 2) وجود فروق في مجال العوامل الثقافية للطلاق تعزي لمتغير، العمر عند الزواج لصالح 18 سنة فأقل، ومدة الحياة الزوجية لصالح 3 سنوات فأقل، ومكان السكن لصالح القرية، والدخل الشهري للأسرة 1450 شيكل. 3) وجود فروق في مجال التغيرات الاجتماعية للطلاق تعزي لمتغير، العمر عند الزواج لصالح 19-25 سنة، ومدة الحياة الزوجية لصالح 3 سنوات فأقل، ومكان السكن لصالح القرية، والدخل الشهري للأسرة 1450 شيكل. 4) وجود فروق في العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية المؤدية لظاهرة الطلاق في ضوء التغيرات الاجتماعية في المجتمع الفلسطيني-دراسة في جنوب الضفة الغربية من عام 2013 لغاية عام 2016 تعزي لمتغير، العمر عند الزواج لصالح 18 سنة فأقل، ومدة الحياة الزوجية لصالح قبل الدخول أي في فترة الخطوبة، ومكان السكن لصالح القرية، والدخل الشهري للأسرة لصالح 1450 شيكل فأقل.

This study aims at identifying the social and cultural factors which lead to divorce in the light of the social changes in the Palestinian society - A study in The southern West Bank from 2013 to 2016. The study uses the descriptive approach to describe the divorce phenomenon and analyzes it and explains the impact of social changes on the spread of this phenomenon in the Palestinian society. The study also uses the case study methodology to deepen the data collection from the field by using the interviews. The population of study consists of all divorced men and divorced women in the southern governorates of the West Bank, Bethlehem governorate and Hebron governorate, which based on the statistics of the Shari'a Courts are (4443) cases. The researcher uses the questionnaire and the interview in order to collect data from the field. Due to the difficulty of reaching all cases of divorce in the study community, the researcher uses the intentional sample. The study concludes the following main findings: 1. There are statistically significant differences in the social and economic factors that lead to divorce due to the variable of age of marriage in the favor of 18 years and less, the duration of marriage in the favor of 3 years or less, the place of living in the favor of the village, and the family monthly income in favor of 3501 up to 5000 shekels. 2. There are statistically significant differences in the cultural factors . that lead to divorce due to the variable of age of marriage in the favor of 18 years or less, the duration of marriage in favor of 3 years or less, the place of living in the favor of the village, and the. family monthly income in favor of 1450 shekels. 3. There are statistically significant differences in the social changes that lead to divorce due to the Variable of age of marriage in favor 19-25 years, the duration of marriage in favor of 3 'years or less, . the place of living in the favor of the village, and the family monthly income in favor of 1450 shekels. 4. There are statistically significant differences in the social and cultural factors that lead to divorce in light of the social changes in Palestinian society- A study in the southern West Bank from 2013 to 2016 due to variable of age of marriage in the favor of 18 years or less, and the duration of married in favor of before enrolling in any engagement period, .the place of living in the favor of- the village, and the family monthly income in favor of 1450 shekels.
