|b This research discuss a new contemporary medical case based on Islamic jurisprudence, and it is the use of blood plasma in food manufacturing and therapy, since the plasma is one of the components of human and animal blood, which is derived during the separation of blood platelets from the blood and is recycled in a specific device to extract the plasma, and the product is mixed with certain proteins used in food like pies, soups, sausages, pastries and some baby foods. It is also used in medical therapeutic applications such as some medicines, injections and therapeutic cosmetics to stimulate stem cells, and production of collagen, and regeneration of cells, and the construction and repair of skin tissue, and can be used to fill the cheeks and face lines, and as antibacterial to treat wounds. The purpose of the research is to clarify these nutritional and therapeutic uses, and to demonstrate the legitimate judgement of the use of that substance in the previous purposes. In this way, the researcher introduced blood plasma and it's uses, and tried to clarify the adjustment of the jurisprudence to the use of blood plasma and the issues that build upon it, the research ends with a conclusion that includes his findings and some recommendation he sees. The researcher hopes the students of knowledge, manufacturers, medical doctors and consumers can benefit from this work and recognise through it the complexity of the nearest words to the ruling of sharia. What is right in it is from Allah alone, and if there was a mistake, it is from the researcher and devil, Allah and his messenger are innocent of it.

|a يتحدث هذا البحث عن نازلة طبية فقهية معاصرة، وهي استخدامات بلازما الدم في الصناعات الغذائية والعلاجية، حيث أن البلازما هي إحدى مكونات الدم البشري والحيواني، والتي يستفاد منها من خلال فصل الصفائح الدموية عن الدم ويتم تدويرها في جهاز معين لاستخراج البلازما، ويتم خلط الناتج مع بروتينات معينة تستعمل في الغذاء كالفطائر والحساء، والنقانق وأنواع المعجنات، وبعض أغذية الأطفال. كما تستعمل هذه المادة في استخدامات طبية علاجية كبعض الأدوية، والحقن العلاجية التجميلية لتحفيز الخلايا الجذعية، وإنتاج الكولاجين، وتجديد الخلايا، وبناء وإصلاح أنسجة الجلد، ويمكن استخدامها لتعبئة الخدود وخطوط الوجه، وكمضاد للبكتريا لعلاج الجروح. ويهدف البحث إلى إيضاح تلك الاستخدامات الغذائية والعلاجية، وإظهار الحكم الشرعي لاستخدام تلك المادة في الأغراض السابقة. وقد قام الباحث في سبيل ذلك إلى التعريف ببلازما الدم، وبيان استخداماتها، وحاول إيضاح التكييف الفقهي لنازلة استخدام بلازما الدم، والمسائل التي تنبنى عليها، ثم اجتهد في بيان الحكم الفقهي لاستخدام بلازما الدم، وختم البحث بخاتمة تشتمل على النتائج التي توصل إليها، وبعض التوصيات التي يراها. ويأمل الباحث أن يستفيد من هذا العمل طلاب العلم، والصناع، والأطباء، والمستهلكين، ويتعرفوا من خلاله على ما يعتقد أنه أقرب الأقوال إلى الحكم الشرعي.
