الحمد لله رب العالمين، وأفضل الصلاة والتسليم على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، وعلى من سار على نهجه واقتفى أثره إلى يوم الدين، وبعد: فهذا بحث بعنوان: (إجابات النووي عما قد يشكل من أحاديث في صحيح مسلم، دراسة نقدية تحليلية)، تناول فيه الباحث نماذج منتقاة من أحاديث في صحيح مسلم، وأبرز منهج الإمام النووي في تعامله مع ما يشكل في الظاهر منها، وكيف كان يجيب عن هذه الإشكالات، وبين الباحث أن النووي وافق جمهور المحدثين والأصوليين في طريقة التعامل مع هذا الفن الحديثي، وأنه كان يبتدأ بالجمع بين النصوص، فإن تعذر الجمع لجأ إلى إحدى وجوه الترجيح المعتبرة، كما أظهر الباحث عظمة الإمام النووي وسعة اطلاعه، ودقة عباراته، وانضباط منهجيته، وفي هذا دليل على عبقرية الإمام مسلم رحمه الله في طريقة ترتيبه للأحاديث، ونوعية ما أودعه في صحيحه. وبين الدارس أهم مزايا ومعالم جهود النووي في تعامله مع الإشكالات الحديثية، وختم الدراسة بأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها.
The Nawawi answers on what may constitute a hadith in Saheeh Muslim -Analytical Critical Study-. In which the researcher dealt with selected examples of ahaadeeth in Saheeh Muslim, and the most prominent method of Imam al-Nawawi in dealing with what is in the apparent, and how he was answering these problems, The researcher pointed out that al-Nawawi agreed with the public of modernists and fundamentalists in the way of dealing with this modern art, and that it was beginning to combine the texts, the inability to combine resorted to one of the object of weighting considered, as the researcher showed the greatness of the nuclear Imam and his knowledge, and accuracy of his words. In this evidence of the genius of Imam Muslim- his mercy – in the manner of the arrangement of the Hadith, and the quality of what is deposited in his right. And the student the most important advantages and features of nuclear efforts in dealing with the problems of modem, and concluded the study of the most important findings.
