المستخلص: تلعب جمعيات المكتبات والمعلومات دورا حيويا في تطوير مهن المكتبات والتوثيق وتسهم بفاعلية في عملية التغيير والتثقيف الاجتماعي والتحول نحو مجتمعات المعرفة، حيث تلعب دورا بارزا وريادي في تشجيع وتعزيز التدريب والتنمية المهنية في الحياة الوظيفية وتحسين الخدمات المقدمة ومساندة النشر المتخصص، ولقد برهنت الكثير من الجمعيات والاتحادات المكتبية عبر الدول المتقدمة عن أدوارها الفاعلة في العديد من المجالات من خلال تنشيط وتفعيل البحوث العلمية والنشاطات الثقافية المختلفة كالمحاضرات والمؤتمرات والندوات وورش العمل التي ترصد واقع المهنة المكتبية وعلومها ومحاولة فهم وتقويم مسيرة المكتبات ومراكز المعلومات، ورصد التحديات التي تعيق تطورها، والعمل على تقديم الحلول الواقعية الأصيلة لتحسين أدائها الوظيفي ومهمتها التعليمية ودورها التثقيفي؛ ومع بروز الانترنت كنافذة افتراضية يطل من خلالها الفرد على مفردات العالم المختلفة ويؤسس بواسطتها العلاقات مع الأفراد الذين يتشاركون معه في بيئته الرقمية بعد أن امتلكت هذه البيئة القدرة على إدراج النصوص، والمؤثرات المرئية والسمعية على صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي، فينتقل خلالها فيض متدفق من المعلومات، يصل إلى المستخدم، أينما كان، كما ينقل حضور المستخدم ذاته، حيثما يريد، ليشارك الآخرين ضمن الفضاء المعلوماتي. من المفيد في هذا السياق استقراء أهمية تسخير قدرات شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تدعيم الدور التنويري والتثقيفي والبحثي الذي تلعبه الجمعيات المكتبية في العالم العربي، بالنظر لما تمتاز به هذه الشبكات على اعتبارها وسيلة من الوسائل الحية في هذا العصر، وأنها تحظى بقبول جيد، وانتشار كبير، وتفاعل إيجابي بين ملايين الأفراد الذين يقبلون عليها في أرجاء العالم. وسيتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج تحليل المحتوي، مستخدمين استمارة تقييم يتم بنائها وفق مقتضيات الدراسة كأداة أساسية للدراسة، ومستعينين بالمعاينة أو الملاحظة المباشرة للمحتوى الرقمي، من أجل وصف وتحليل وتقييم هذا المحتوى الذي يبث من خلال صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي للجمعيات والإتحادات المكتبية العربية والوقوف على أهم تم ظهراته والأدوار التي يلعبها هذا المحتوى في تدعيم خريطة التواجد الإلكتروني للمهنة والمهنيين على شبكة الانترنت.

Libraries and information associations plays an important role in the development of libraries and documentation professionals. They contribute effectively to the process of social education and transformation towards knowledge societies, It also plays an important role in promoting professional career development, improving services and supporting specialized publishing, Many professional associations have demonstrated their role in many fields through activating scientific research and various cultural activities such as lectures, conferences, seminars and workshops on the reality of the profession and its sciences, and trying to understand and evaluate the process of libraries and information centers, monitoring challenges that hinder their development, To provide realistic solutions to improve their performance. With the emergence of the Internet as a virtual window through which the individual views the different world vocabulary and establishes relationships with individuals who share with him in his digital environment, when this environment has the ability to incorporate texts, visual and audio effects into social networking pages, it flows a stream of information, reaching the user, wherever it is, and transmits the same user presence, wherever he wants, to others in the information space. It is important in this context to extrapolate the importance of harnessing the capabilities of social networks in strengthening the social, educational and research role played by the libraries and information associations in the Arab world, considering that these networks are considered as a means of living in this age and that they are well accepted, And a positive interaction among the millions of people they accept around the world. The analytical descriptive approach and the methodology of content analysis were adopted. Data were collected through an assessment list that was constructed according to the study requirements We have used the direct observation of digital content to describe, analyze and evaluate this content, which is transmitted through the social networking pages of the Arab the libraries associations, and to assess its size, its main forms and the role it plays in supporting the electronic presence map of the profession and professionals on the Internet.
