الطيور أمم متنوعة ومختلفة كالإنسان تماماً، وإن شئت فأقرأ قول تعالي: ومَا مِن دَابَّةٍ فِي الأَرْضِ ولا طَائِرٍ يَطِيرُ بِجَنَاحَيْهِ إلاَّ أُمَمٌ أَمْثَالُكُم). منها ما يستحسنه الإنسان ويأنس به ويسمع لتغريده، فينفتح قلبه وجنانه لصوت وهبة الله عز وجل ذاك العصفور، وكأنه بصوت الجميل يلعب على وتر دفعين في الإنسان هو حب الجمال. ولا شك أن أحساس الشاعر بجمال ما حوله كبير، ولذلك كان شدو الطيور وجمال أصواتها وألوانها من الأشياء التي أسعفت الشعراء في رسم صورهم الجميلة التي تكاد تنطلق لدقة رسمها وكأنها صور حية من الواقع أو تم اقتطاعها منه اقتطاعاً، إن جاز هذا التعبير. كما تنوعت مآرب الشعراء وأهدافهم، فأحياناً يذكرون الطير للتعبير عن مدح الممدوح وقوته، وأخرى يرون في وصف أنفسهم بها نوعاً من التودد للممدوح والتقرب إليه ووصف حالهم بين يديه. وأخرى يختارون للجمال ما يناسبه من الطيور مثل البلبل والببغاء والحمام وغير ذلك. وعند الكلام عن الحرب وأهواله يذكرون الصقر والنسر والغراب وغير ذلك. وهذه دراسة في قصائد العصر المغولي، استخدم فيها البحث المنهج التحليلي في معالجة الأبيات الشعرية. هذا، وقد تمخضت الدراسة عن نتائج، أهمها ما يلي: 1- يعد طائر البلبل من أكثر الطيور ذكراً في القصائد الفارسية عند شعراء العصر المغولي. 2- كثر وصف البلبل بالمطرب والمغني من قبل شعراء هذا العصر. 3- تعد الاستعارة والتشبيه من أبرز الفنون البلاغية المستخدمة في الأبيات المختارة.
