المستخلص: This study aims to understand the condition of tourism investment and ways to facilitate it and the importance of tourism development programs in Algeria, considering into account the economic, social and environmental aspects of sustainable development, as Algeria aspires to enter the tourism market and make it one of the national priorities through the implementation of an ambitious and effective strategy.
It consists of the preparation of the Tourism Plan for the Prospects of 2030, which constitutes the frame of reference for tourism policy and development strategy to be followed and reflects the will of the State to achieve sustainable tourism development in Algeria.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الاستثمار السياحي وسبل تفعيله وأهمية برامج التنمية السياحية في الجزائر، على اعتبار أنها تراعي الجوانب الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية والبيئية للتنمية المستدامة، حيث تطمح الجزائر إلى دخول سوق السياحة وجعلها واحدة من الأولويات القومية، وذلك من خلال تطبيق استراتيجية طموحة وفعالة، تتمثل في إعداد المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية لآفاق سنة 2030، الذي يشكل الإطار المرجعي للسياسة السياحية والاستراتيجية التنموية الواجبة الاتباع والتي تعكس إرادة الدولة في تحقيق تنمية سياحية مستدامة في الجزائر.

L'objectif de cette étude est de connaître la réalité de l'investissement touristique et les moyens de l'activer et l'importance des programmes de développement touristique en Algérie, en tenant compte des aspects économiques, sociaux et environnementaux du développement durable, car l'Algérie compte à entrer sur le marché du tourisme et en fait l'une des priorités du pays, par la mise en œuvre d'une stratégie ambitieuse et efficace, qui est le schéma directeur d’aménagement touristique. Qui est le cadre de référence pour la politique touristique et la stratégie de développement à suivre, qui reflète la volonté de l'Etat de réaliser un développement touristique durable en Algérie.
