|f With regard to the law on consumer protection in the medical field, a new concept has emerged, which is “medical consumerism.” The patient is considered a consumer of treatment because today, the patient yearns for more than receiving treatment. He asks for quality medical services. The relationship between the patient and the doctor has completely changed, considering that the doctor is a provider of therapeutic services with all the commitment that this task may include, such as achieving a result. And, perhaps the most important commitment to achieve a goal that falls on the doctor is the obligation to inform the patient and receive his consent for medical intervention. |a في ما يتعلق بقانون حماية المستهلك في المجال الطبي ظهر حاليا مفهوم جديد هو "الاستهلاكية الطبية"، إذ أن المريض يعد مستهلكا للعلاج، لأن ما يتوق له المريض اليوم لم يعد تلقي العلاج فقط، بل أصبح يطلب خدمات طبية ذات جودة، فالعلاقة بين المريض والطبيب تغيرت كلية باعتبار أن الطبيب كقائم بخدمات علاجية بكل ما يمكن أن تشتمل عليه هذه المهمة من التزام بتحقيق نتيجة، ولعل أهم التزام بتحقيق غاية يقع على عاتق الطبيب هو الالتزام بإعلام المريض وتلقي رضاه بالتدخل الطبي، ويشمل هذا الإعلام كل مقتضيات العلاج، بما في ذلك أسعار الخدمات الطبية.

|d S'agissant du droit de protection du consommateur dans le domaine médical, actuellement il est apparu un nouveau concept, c'est le consumérisme médical. \nLe patient, ou mieux encore, le client, est assimilé de plus en plus à un consommateur patient, puisque la demande du malade n’est plus celle de la guérison, mais plutôt l’exigence d’une bonne santé. \nLa relation médecin/malade s’est entièrement modifiée, considérant de plus en plus le médecin comme prestataire de services avec tout ce que peut comporter cette tâche comme obligations de résultat et d’exigences. \nIl est à noter que le meilleur exemple d'obligation de résultat dans la responsabilité médicale est celui d' informer le patient sur tout ce qui concerne l'acte médical à effectuer y compris les tarifs des prestations médicales.\n
