|a إن القيادة التدريبية وجهازها الفني بمقاييسها وأساليبها المختلفة تتأثر سلبا أو إيجابا في العملية التدريبية لذلك لابد من الكشف عن الأساليب القيادية السائدة لدى مدربي الأندية الرياضية والقيادات المختلفة ذات العلاقة بالأندية الرياضية في (مركز محافظة الحديدة) بالجمهورية اليمنية لشق الطريق أمام المختصين لتقييم هذه الأساليب وتقرير درجة ملاءمتها لتوجيهات الأفراد والفرق والأداء عند اللاعبين باختلاف مستوياتهم البدنية والمهارية والخططية. \nيهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد ومعرفة: \n1- تحديد مستويات الأسلوب القيادي وأبعاده لمدربي (كرة القدم – كرة السلة – كرة اليد) في أندية (مركز محافظة الحديدة).\n2- السلوك الجازم والعدوانية لدى لاعبي (كرة القدم – كرة السلة – كرة اليد) في أندية (مركز محافظة الحديدة).\n3- علاقة الأسلوب القيادي وأبعاده بالسلوك الجازم وأبعاد العدوانية للاعبي (كرة القدم – كرة السلة – كرة اليد) في أندية (مركز محافظة الحديدة).\n

|f The training leadership and its technical body, with its different measures and methods, are affected negatively or positively in the training process. Therefore, it is necessary to reveal the leadership methods prevailing among the coaches of sports clubs and the various leaders related to sports clubs in the (Hodeidah Governorate Center) in the Republic of Yemen to make way for specialists to evaluate these methods and decide the degree of their suitability for the directions of individuals, teams, and performance of players with different physical, skill, and plan levels. \nThis research aims to identify and find out: \n1- Identify the levels and dimensions of leadership style for coaches of (football - basketball - handball) in clubs of (Hodeidah governorate center).\n2. Strict and aggressive behavior among players (football - basketball - handball) in clubs of (Hodeidah governorate center).\n3- The relationship of leadership style and its dimensions to the assertive behavior and the dimensions of the aggressiveness of (football - basketball - handball) players in (Hodeidah governorate center) clubs.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
