المستخلص: Plusieurs nations et entreprises occidentales ont rendu compte que les ressources et les actifs physiques délabrés et corrodés au fil du temps ne sont plus utiles, Par contre les ressources humaine ont prouvé qu’ils atteignent l’objectif des nations et des entreprises d’être le leader, En tant que ressource stratégique possédant la connaissances croissante, l’intelligence et l'accumulation de l'expertise et de l'expérience. Cette comparaison est apparu après les efforts de certains chercheurs occidentaux, et de nombreuses études durant l'évolution historiques de la pensée managériale. Le temps où les musulmans étiez occupés de transférer leurs expériences et les résultats de leurs travaux et recherches, en oubliant qu’avant des siècles le prophète Muhammad à reçu la révélations de Dieu: le Coran, qui traite tous les sujet qui concernent les êtres humains, de la relation entre Dieu et ses créatures, à des enseignements détaillés nécessaires à une société juste, un comportement convenable entre les gens, et un système économique fiable . Donc notre prophète à enseigner l’humanité à utiliser leur facultés d’intelligence et d’observation, et à peine quelque années de la propagation de l’islam une grande civilisation était en plein essor dans tous les domaines.

أدركت العديد من الدول والمؤسسات الغربية -في عصرنا الحديث -أن الاهتمام بالموارد والأصول المادية المتهالكة، والمتآكلة عبر الزمن لم يعد يجدي نفعا، فاسحة المجال أمام مواهب العنصر البشري وملكاته وقدراته، باعتباره موردا استراتيجيا، وطاقة ذهنية وقدرة فكرية، ومصدرا للمعلومات والاقتراحات والابتكارات والمعرفة التي تنمو وتزدهر وتتراكم مع الخبرة والتجربة، والتعامل مع باقي أفراد المجتمع، والتي تحتاج لمن يرشدها ويفجر طاقاتها ويوجهها لتحقيق التميز. إلا أن هذه النتائج ظهرت بعد جهود مضنية للباحثين والمسيرين، ودراسات عديدة ضمن مراحل تاريخية لازمت تطور الفكر الإداري، ولقد انشغلنا بنقل تجاربهم ونتائج بحوثهم ودراساتهم، متناسين ومتغافلين عن الهدي النبوي الذي يتلقاه الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم من الوحي، حيث نجد أن الهدي الرباني قد سبق أبحاث الغربيين بقرون عدة، وغفلنا نحن عن الاستثمار فيه والنهل من معينه للنهوض بالأمة، وهنا يجب أن يشعر المسلم المعاصر بدوره في هذا العالم حتى ينقل رسالته صلى الله عليه وسلم ومنهجه في تربية النشء تربية إبداعية وتعليمهم، وكذا الاهتمام بتفجير طاقات المبدعين وحثهم على المبادرة والقيادة لتحقيق التميز والريادة، مع توضيح أثر الهدي النبوي وتبيان الأساليب التربوية التي أرشدنا إليها المصطفي صلى الله عليه وسلم حتى نشكل كفاءات محورية تنهض بالأمة الإسلامية.

Many Western countries and institutions have realized - in our modern age - that caring for the unsound, eroding material resources and assets no longer works, giving way to the talents, faculties and capabilities of the human element, as a strategic resource, mental energy and intellectual ability, and a source of information, suggestions, innovations and knowledge that it grows, flourishes, and accumulates with experience and expertise, and dealing with the rest of the community, which needs someone to guide it, unleash its energies, and direct it to achieve excellence. However, these results appeared after strenuous efforts of researchers and managers, and many studies within historical stages that accompanied the development of administrative thought. We have been preoccupied with conveying their experiences and the results of their research and studies, forgetting and ignoring the Prophetic guidance that the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, received from revelation, where we find that the divine guidance preceded the research of the Westerners by several centuries, and we neglected to invest in it and to draw from its means for the advancement of the nation. Here, the contemporary Muslim must feel his role in this world in order to convey His message, may God’s blessings and peace be upon him, and his approach to creative upbringing and education of young people. He must also take interest in exploding the energies of the creators and urging them to take initiative and leadership to achieve excellence and leadership, while clarifying the impact of the Prophet’s guidance and clarifying the educational methods that the Mustafa, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, guided us to in order to form pivotal competencies that advance the Islamic nation.
