|a اشترط علماء الحديث فيمن تقبل روايته العدالة والضبط، فإن خلا شرط من هذين الشرطين ردت روايته. \nلكن بعض الرواة الصالحين انشغلوا بكثرة العبادة والوعظ، وغفلوا عن الرواية وشروطها، فرووا الأحاديث الضعيفة، والمنكرة، دون أن يقيموا لحفظ الرواية وزنا ظنا منهم ترغيب الناس في كثرة العبادة وأعمال الخير، ومنهم "يزيد بن أبان الرقاشي"، فهو من المتقدمين زمنيا، وكان كثير الرواية عن أنس بن مالك رضى الله عنه، وقد روى عنه كثير من التابعين، أمثال الحسن البصري، وحماد بن سلمة وغيرهما، وقد قمت في هذا البحث بترجمة نقدية له، وتبين لي من خلال أقوال النقاد بأنه ضعيف الحديث، فإذا حدث رفع المرسل، وأسند الموقوف، وقلب الأسانيد حتى جعل كلام الحسن البصري عن أنس، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وهو لا يعلم، فلما كثر في روايته ما ليس من حديث أنس وغيره من الثقات، بطل الاحتجاج به. \nكما تبين لي من خلال دراسة مروياته والحكم عليها قبولا وردا في ضوء المتابعات والشواهد الواردة في سنني الترمذي وابن ماجه، وعددها (١٦) حديثا، أن منها (4) أحاديث صحيحة لغيرها، و(2) أحاديث حسنة لغيرها، و(9) أحاديث ضعيفة، وحديث واحد موضوع.\n

|f For the acceptance of a Hadith, the scholars of Hadith have stipulated two conditions of Adalah (Integrity) and Dabt (accuracy). If any of the two conditions is missing, the narration will be rejected.\nHowever, some pious narrators were greatly occupied with a lot of (acts of) worship and preaching, and they missed the narration and its conditions. They narrated weak and deniable Ahadith, without establishing a weight for the preservation of narration (while) thinking (that such narrations will) urge people to do more (acts of) worships and good deeds. Among such people is “Yazid bin Aban al-Raqashi,” who belongs to the early scholars. He has a great number of narrations that he transmitted from Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him). Many Tabi’en, such as Hassan Basri, Hammad bin Salma, and others, narrated from him. In this research, I have written about his life critically, and I found, through the statements of critics, that he was weak in Hadith (narration). If he narrated a hadith, he would turn Mursal into Marfu, mention the chain of narration for a Mauqoof Hadith, and change the chain of narrators and make Hasan al-Basari narrate from Anas who narrates from the Prophet (PBUH) without having any knowledge. When there is an abundance of his narrations that are not transmitted by Anas and other trustworthy people, citing his narrations would be rejected.\nIt also became clear to me through the study of his narrations and judging them in terms of acceptance and rejection in light of the followups and witnesses contained in Sunan al-Tirmidhi and Sunan Ibn Majah, which are (16) Ahadith, that there are (4) Ahadith that are Sahih Lighairihi (Authentic for some external factor), two Ahadith are Hasan Lighairihi, nine Ahadith are Daeef (weak), and one Hadith is Maudoo (fabricated).\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
