المستخلص: The concept of a free zone is an evolving concept, as its content is both diverse and broad and closely related to the major stages of development in the history of international trade. On this basis, the main question of our problem within the framework of this study is whether we should return to the establishment of free zones to stimulate and diversify the Algerian economy with the industrial sector of goods and services in Algeria?
Therefore, the objectives of our communication study are two key elements that embody the strengths of our study and they are:
- Free trade zones can be an important basis for the diversification of the Algerian economy.
- Industrial free zones for exports, which are the type of industrial free zones in developing countries, can have positive effects on the Algerian economy.

La notion de zone franche est une notion évolutive dont le contenu s’est à la fois diversifié et élargi en relation étroite avec les grandes phases d’évolution de l’histoire des échanges internationaux.
A ce titre, une question centrale est au coeur de notre problématique dans le cadre de notre communication, c’est es qu’il Faut-il revenir à la création de zones franches pour redynamiser et diversifier l’économie algérienne et le secteur industriel des biens et services en Algérie ?
A cet effet, les objectifs de notre communication sont les Deux messages centraux constituent les points forts de notre intervention:
- Les zones franches peuvent constituer des atouts importants dans le but de diversifier l’économie algérienne.
- Les zones franches industrielles d’exportation qui sont le type de zone franche industrielle établi dans les PVD peuvent avoir des effets positifs sur l’économie algérienne.

إن مفهوم المنطقة الحرة هو مفهوم متطور، حيث أن محتواه على حد السواء متنوع وواسع وذو علاقة وثيقة مع المراحل الكبرى للتطور في تاريخ التجارة الدولية. وعلى هذا الأساس فإن السؤال الرئيسي لإشكاليتنا في إطار هذه الدراسة، هو هل ينبغي أن نعود إلى إنشاء مناطق حرة لتنشيط وتنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري والقطاع الصناعي للسلع والخدمات في الجزائر؟
ولهذه الغاية، فإن أهداف دراستنا الاتصالات تتمثل في عنصرين أساسيين يجسدان نقاط القوة في مداخلتنا، وهما:
- مناطق التجارة الحرة يمكن أن يكون أن أساسا هاما من أجل تنويع الاقتصاد الجزائري.
- المناطق الحرة الصناعية للصادرات، والتي هي نوع المناطق الحرة الصناعية في البلدان النامية يمكن أن يكون لها آثار إيجابية على الاقتصاد الجزائري.
