المستخلص: States and Governments endeavor within the framework of language policy planning to provide an appropriate atmosphere and conditions to succeed their language policies, in accordance with the set of objectives established and desired by these policies. Different ways of dealing with these problems lead to the identification of two different aspects of the objectives leading to the formulation of these policies; ideological and usually hidden intellectual goals unique to the State and Governments and clear and direct objectives. So what are the different direct and indirect objectives of the language policy adopted in Algerian educational charters?

تسعى الدول والحكومات في إطار تخطيط السياسة اللغوية لتوفير جوا مناسبا، وظروفا ملائمة لإنجاح سياساتهم اللغوية، وفق مجموعة الأهداف المسطرة والمرجوة من هذه السياسات، وتؤدي الطرق المختلفة للتعامل مع هذه المشاكل إلى تحديد وجهين مختلفين من الأهداف المؤدية لصياغة هذه السياسات، أهداف فكرية إيديولوجية وعادة ما تكون خفية تنفرد بها الدولة والحكومات وأهداف واضحة ومباشرة. إذن ما هي مختلف الأهداف المباشرة والغير مباشرة للسياسة اللغوية المتبعة في المواثيق التعليمية بالجزائري؟

Dans le cadre de la planification de la politique linguistique, les États et les gouvernements cherchent à créer une atmosphère et des conditions propices à la réussite de leurs politiques linguistiques, en fonction de l'ensemble des objectifs désirés et souhaitables. Qui sont uniques à l'état et aux gouvernements d'une manière personnelle selon diverses considérations politiques, économiques et globales et objectifs clairs et directs. Alors quels sont les différents objectifs directs et indirects de la politique linguistique utilisés dans les chartes de l'éducation en Algérie ?
