المستخلص: La libéralisation des Marchés gaziers a débuté aux États Unis ensuite en Royaume-Uni par une libéralisation totale du marché en 1998. Dans son principe, la libéralisation des marchés du gaz et l'ouverture à la concurrence par la permission d'accepter de nouveaux acteurs ou le but principal sont la sécurité d'approvisionnement en matière de gaz naturel L'union européenne a suivi des démarches de législations dans le cadre de la prévention d'éviter la pénurie de cette matière stratégique dans les marchés européens d'une part, et Permettre au consommateur de choisir sa source énergétique d'autre part. le résultat important en fin de cette étude, c'est que la libéralisation n'est pas arrivée d'une façon totale sur les marchés mais il y a des progressions à travers Les années, soit en matière d'échanges ou bien en matière de concurrence et la Sécurité d'approvisionnement.

The liberalization of gas markets began in the United States then in the United Kingdom by a total liberalization of the market in 1998. In its principle, the liberalization of gas markets and the opening up to competition by permission to accept new actors or the main purpose are the security. For the procurement of natural gas, the European Union has followed the steps of legislation in the framework of the prevention to avoid the shortage of this strategic matters in the European markets on the one hand, and to enable the consumer to choose its energy source on the other hand. The important result at the end of this study is that the liberalization is not arrival of a total way on the markets but there are the progressions through the years, either in the area of exchanges or well in the area of competition and their security of supply.
