المستخلص: dis article aims to display teh role of peer review in Scientific Quality Control of research and give teh review it’s Personal Character. Because that, dis article looking for mechanisms and requirements that achieve objectivity and transparency in research peer review, and that is through teh different Controls and standards, how to choose reviewers, and teh preparation of teh report. Also teh article benefited from national and international peer review model, and put a model to control and improve dis operation .Included, it see to response to dis question: wat is teh objectives of peer review? Wat is it’s importance? Wat is it’s standards and mechanisms? How to choose teh reviewers? Wat after teh peer review process? Wat adjusts teh writing of teh reviewers report? Wat is teh impact factor? Finally, how scientific reviews acquire their legal value?
