المستخلص: Every culture of nations has a center and a margin that follows or surrounds it. So: The center and the margin as two terms or concepts; if the first refers to the strength and the presence of the power of all kinds, then the second indicates fragility and weakness, or sometimes absence.
Arab culture, like other cultures such as various nations and civilizations, is governed by a center and surrounded by a margin, exchanging roles between them over the ages and times; The official culture that imposed itself and imposed its traditions represents the center, and on the margins of this culture it appears modestly the culture of the periphery, or the culture of minorities; which screams low or high in the hope of appearing, and come out into the lights.

لكل ثقافة من ثقافات الأمم مركز وهامش يتبعه أو يحيط به؛ فــــــ: المركز والهامش كمصطلحين أو مفهومين إذا كان الأول يحيلنا إلى القوة وحضور السلط بمختلف أصنافها، فإن الثاني يدل على الهشاشة والضعف، أو في بعض الأحيان على الغياب.
والثقافة العربية مثلها مثل الثقافات الأخرى كمختلف الأمم والحضارات يحكمها مركز ويحيط بها هامش، يقومان بتبادل الأدوار بينهما على مر العصور والأزمنة؛ فالثقافة الرسمية التي فرضت نفسها وفرضت تقاليدها تمثل المركز، وعلى هامش هذه الثقافة تطل باحتشام ثقافة الهامش أو ثقافة الأقليات؛ التي تصرخ بأنات خافتة أو صارخة على أمل الظهور، والخروج إلى الأضواء.

Chaque culture a son propre centre et marge qui le suit ou qui qui l'entoure. En effet, le centre et la marge entant que deux termes ou deux notions, le premier désigne la force et la présence du pouvoir avec ses différents types et le deuxième est comme un indice de fragilité et de faiblesse et des fois la notion d'absence.
La culture arabe est comme les autres cultures, elle est régnée par le centre et entourée par la marge. Ils échangentles rôles entre eux tout au long des époques. La culture officielle imposée et qui a imposé ses traditions présente le centre, et à la marge nous trouvons la culture de marge ou la "culture de minorité" qui crie pour apparaitre et sortir de l'ombre.
