المستخلص: يتناول المقال موضوع العنف في علاقته بالطفل، انطلاقاً من تصور يرمي إلى تسليط الضوء على هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة التي أصبحت تمتد وتنتشر وتتشكل داخل بنيات المجتمع. فأضحت تهدد السلامة الجسمية والنفسية للطفل وتعيق اندماجه، وتعلق إسهامه رفقة أقرانه في تنمية بلاده . لما لهذه المرحلة من أهمية قصوى في تنشئته واعداده ليتقلد مهامه رجلاً للغد.
مبرزاً مفهوم وأنواع وأشكال وأهم النظريات التي تناولت العنف وفسرته بوصفه سلوكاً إنسانيّاً يتراوح ما بين البعد الفيزيولوجي والمجتمعي. عنفاً يصنف باعتباره فعلاً شاذّاً يؤثر بأشكال مختلفة على الطفل والمجتمع. تأثيراً يمتد ما بين الإلغاء المطلق لوجوده وإعاقة بنيته الجسمية أو النفسية أو الاجتماعية ليصل إلى التأثير السلبي على الأدوار الرعائية والتكوينية والإدماجية لبنيات المجتمع. موضحاً السياق التاريخي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي والسياسي والثقافي والقانوني لنشأته وتطوره وانتشاره، داخل المدرسة والأسرة والعمل والشارع وساحات الحروب ووسائل الإعلام باعتبارها فضاءات تحتضن داخلها أشكالاً مختلفة من مظاهره باعتبار اختلاف بنياتها وتواصلاتها. لأخلص في النهاية إلى نظرة أمل قد تحد من مظاهر العنف وتحمي الطفل من مكر وعنف الراشد، وتمنحه حقوقه وتوسع مجالات مشاركته في غده التنموي


The article deals with the subject of violence in relation to children, based on a perception aimed at shedding light on this dangerous phenomenon, which has expanded, spread, and formed within society's structures. It has become a threat to the physical and psychological integrity of the child, impedes his integration, and suspends his contribution, with his peers, to the development of his country because this stage is of utmost importance in raising him and preparing him to assume his duties as a man of tomorrow.
It highlighted the concept, types, forms, and the most important theories that dealt with violence and interpreted it as human behavior, ranging between the physiological and societal dimensions. Violence is classified as an abnormal act that affects in different ways the child and society. An effect that extends between the absolute elimination of its existence and the obstruction of its physical, psychological, or social structure, up to the negative impact on the caring, formative and integrative roles of society's structures. It explained the historical, social, economic, political, cultural, and legal context for its emergence, development, and spread, within the school, family, work, street, battlefields, and media, as spaces that embrace different forms of its manifestations, given the different structures and connections. So that, in the end, I conclude a vision of hope that may limit the manifestations of violence, protect the child from the evilness and violence of an adult, grant him his rights, and expand the areas of his participation in his future development.
