|f Praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the Worlds, and I pray and pray upon the chosen Prophet, our Prophet Muhammad, and all his family and companions. However, this is research entitled "Rulings on the miscarried fetus and considering it." I wanted to explain the special ruling for miscarried fetuses such as bathing, clothing, burring in cemeteries, praying upon him, naming him, inheriting from him, and other provisions of this world.\nAnd also indicate its special provisions in the other, I wanted to indicate the time of action of these provisions in the miscarried fetus, whether it was once his creation appeared, or by reaching four months.\nImportance of the topic of research: \nThe subject of the special ruling of miscarriage, and the time of their consideration, is of great importance to women, because pregnancy may fall, and women do not know how to deal with it. The importance of research lies in the fact that it answers the following questions: should you wash him, cover him, and pray for him? will he be abandoned? This is regarding the rulings in this world. As regards the ruling of the Hereafter, should he be the intercessor for her and his father? Etc. Is it the time that she considered the appearance of his creation or reached four months?\nReasons for selecting the topic: \nThe most important reasons that led me to choose the topic are the following: \n1 - Frequent questions of women about washing the miscarried fetus, praying on it, and burying it before reaching the age of four months. \n2. The need to sensitize women to the ruling and rights of the miscarried fetus. \n3. Educate women about the intercession of their fetus, and the great reward for the miscarriage of her pregnancy. \n4. Statement at the time of the implementation of these rulings, whether it is the appearance of creation or the attainment of pregnancy for four months.\nPrevious studies: \nAs far as I know, I did not find a previous study on the sign of breathtaking in the fetus and the special provisions that this sign entails in the miscarried fetus himself. \nResearch Methodology:\nThe previous detective study followed a specific approach, the most prominent features of which are: \n1. Drawing on original sources for the collection of scientific material.\n2. Searching for the controversial issue in light of the following elements:\n (a) Explaining what is meant by the issue. \n(b) Liberalization of the subject of dispute.\n(C) Mention of statements, evidence, and discussion. \nd. The preference, explaining its reasons. \n3 - Ascribe the Quranic verses to the Mushaf by indicating the number of the verse and the name of the surah.\n 4 - Takhreej of Hadiths with the degree of Hadith, if not in the Saheehaheen (Bukhari and Muslim) or in one of them.\n\nResearch plan:\nI divided the research into Introduction and Preface, two chapters, and a Conclusion.\nPreface: in the definition of the miscarried fetus, the connection between it and the newborn. \nThe first chapter: The rulings about the miscarried fetus, and there are ten sub-chapters in it: \nFirst Sub-chapter: washing the miscarried fetus. \nThe second sub-chapter: Covering the miscarried fetus and burring it. \nThe third sub-chapter: praying for the miscarried fetus and pray for him and his parents. \nFourth Chapter: Naming the miscarried fetus. \nFifth sub-chapter: Inheritance of the miscarried fetus and inheritance from it and deprivation caused by it.\nThe sixth sub-chapter: the 'aqeeqah of the miscarried fetus. \nSeventh sub-chapter: Resurrection of the miscarried fetus on the Day of Resurrection. \nEighth sub-chapter: the intercession of the miscarried for his parents\nThe ninth sub-chapter: burdening his parents' balance with good deeds\nTenth sub-chapter: The status of the miscarried fetus in the Hereafter\nThe second question: the time considered for the rulings of the miscarried fetus\nConclusion: The most important results of the research\nI ask Allaah, may He be exalted, to make this research beneficial make it a pure act for Him only. He is the best Lord and the best helper, and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
