هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن مستوى تمكن معلمات الرياضيات من الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لتنمية مهارات حل المشكلات الرياضية بالصف الرابع الابتدائي، كما هدف البحث للكشف عن الفرق في مستوى تمكن المعلمات من هذه الكفايات في ضوء المتغيرات "المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة في تدريس الرياضيات، الدورات التدريبية المرتبطة بحل المشكلات الرياضية". وقد تم تطبيق منهج البحث الوصفي على عينة قوامها (27) معلمة رياضيات للصف الرابع الابتدائي بمدينة الرياض. ولجمع البيانات، تم إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار مان وتني. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عما يلي: - جاء تمكن معلمات الرياضيات من الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لتنمية مهارات حل المشكلات بمستوى متوسط. - عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥α) بين متوسطات درجات معلمات الرياضيات في التمكن من حل المشكلات الرياضية تبعا للمتغيرات: "المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة في تدريس الرياضيات، الدورات التدريبية المرتبطة بحل المشكلات الرياضية". واستنادا لهذه النتائج، قدمت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات التطبيقية من أبرزها: رفع مستوى أداء معلمات الرياضيات في كفايات التدريس اللازم توافرها لتدريس حل المشكلات الرياضية من خلال تطوير برامج التطور المهني، وربط برامج تدريب معلمات الرياضيات بالمهارات التدريسية المرتبطة بالمنهج المطور. كما اقترحت الباحثة إجراء عدد من البحوث التي تكمل البحث الحالي.
The research aimed to detect the proficiency level of female math teachers of teaching competencies that are necessary for developing mathematical problem solving skills of fourth elementary grade. The research also aimed at detecting the difference in the proficiency level of the teachers regarding these competencies in the light of the following variables: scientific qualification, number of years of experience in teaching math, and the training courses associated with developing math and natural sciences project The descriptive research methodology was applied on a 27 math teachers for fourth elementary grade in Riyadh. An observation card (which was validated for consistency) was prepared for gathering data. Then data analysis was done by using arithmetic means, standard deviations and Mann Whitney test. The research results revealed thet: • The proficiency of female math teachers in teaching competencies that are necessary for developing problem-solving skills was average. • There was no statistically significant difference at (α≤0.05) level between the mean scores of female math teachers in the proficiency level regarding mathematical problem solving according to the following variables: scientific qualification, number of years of experience in teaching math, and the training courses associated with developing math and natural sciences project. Based on these results, the researcher provided the following practical recommendations: Improve the performance level of female math teachers in the teaching competencies that are necessary and should be available for teaching mathematical problem solving through development professional development program, connecting math female teachers training programs with teaching skills associated with the developed curriculum. The researcher also suggested conducting a number of researches that complement the current research.
