يهدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس أثر برنامج تدريبي للطالبات المعلمات قائم على تكنولوجيا السبورة الذكية على تنمية مهارات التدريس الابتكاري وآراؤهن نحو البيئة المدرسية والمجتمع وخصائص المتعلمين المحفزة على الابتكار. وطبقت الدراسة على (30) معلمة قبل الخدمة تخصص رياضيات، ولقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي ذا المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة وتم تطبيق أدوات القياس بالدراسة قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة الدراسة، وكانت أدوات الدراسة عبارة عن نوعين: 1- مواد المعالجة التجريبية وتمثلت في البرنامج التدريبي على استخدام برمجية السبورة الذكية في تصميم دروس في هندسة المرحلة المتوسطة، 2- ومقاييس الأداء وتمثلت في (اختبار مواقف في التدريس الابتكاري في الهندسة، بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الكفاءة الذاتية للطالبات المعلمات ولقياس الخصائص الابتكارية لدي المتعلمين، واستبيان لاستطلاع أراء عينة الدراسة في العوامل المحفزة المتوفرة بالبيئة المدرسية، وفوائد الابتكار على المجتمع). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية مهارات التدريس الابتكاري لدي عينة الدراسة، وتنمية الكفاءة الذاتية للابتكار لدي عينة الدراسة، ووضحت الدراسة فاعلية التدريس الابتكاري للطالبة المعلمة على تنمية الخصائص الابتكارية لدي المتعلمين، وأضحت الدراسة فقر البيئة المدرسية في تحفيز الإبداع، وذلك لغياب الوعي والتدريب ونشر ثقافة التدريس الإبداعي في المدارس.
The current research aims to measure the impact of a training program for female teachers based on smart Whiteboard technology to on the development of innovative teaching skills and their views towards the school environment and society and the characteristics of learners that stimulate creativity. The study was applied to (30) Pre-service teacher majoring mathematics, and the study used the semi-experimental curriculum of the single experimental group and the measurement tools were applied by the study of the Study group, and the study tools were two types: 1. Experimental treatment materials and represented Training program on the use of smart Whiteboard software in the design of lessons in intermediate engineering, 2. Performance measures were (test positions in innovative teaching in engineering, observation card to measure the self-efficacy of female teachers and to measure the innovative characteristics of learners, A questionnaire to solicit the views of the study sample on the motivating factors available in the school environment and the benefits of innovation to society.) The study found the effectiveness of the training program in the development of innovative teaching skills in the study sample, and the development of the self-efficacy of innovation in the study sample, and the study illustrated the effectiveness of innovative teaching of the student to develop the innovative characteristics of learners, and the study became The poverty of the school environment in stimulating creativity, in the absence of awareness and training and the dissemination of a culture of creative teaching in schools.
