المستخلص: يعرض البحث لأفهام المفسرين الفقهاء في تحديد الأحكام الفقهية لآية الوضوء، وهي الآية السادسة من سورة المائدة كما هو معروف، ويركز على الجانب التركيبي في تحديد تلك الأحكام. يعرض لعبارات تلك الآية، فيبدأ بدلالة "قمتم" من الشرط: "إذا قمتم إلى الصلاة فاغسلوا..."، ثم ينتقل إلى ترتيب غسل الأعضاء في الوضوء بحسب تركيب الآية والمعطيات السياقية، ثم يعالج دلالة "إلى" من "وأيديكم إلى المرافق... وأرجلكم إلى الكعبين"، ثم يقف عند الباء من "وامسحوا برؤوسكم": ثم يعرض لحكم الاسم المعطوف "الأرجل" من "وامسحوا برؤوسكم وأرجلكم إلى الكعبين" ليختم بالوقوف عند عدد مرات الغسل.
يتناول تلك الآراء مبينا كيفية ارتكازها على معطيات السياق المتنوعة الداخلية والخارجية، وأثر ذلك في تحديد المعنى النصي والمعنى النحوي. ويعرض أيضا كيفية الاعتماد على جوانب النحو وكلام العرب، ويركز البحث على تتبع المعطيات السياقية، عندما تسهم في توجيه الدلالة التركيبية المتعلقة بالأحكام الفقهية، في مذاهب الجماعة المعروفة، وفي التجاذب والحوار بين الفقهاء للتوصل إلى الحكم الفقهي الدقيق، وذلك في أشهر كتب التفسير والفقه، مراعيا التسلسل التاريخي في عرض الآراء والمعالجة، مستفيدا من الدراسات اللغوية واللسانية عامة. لينتهي أخيرا إلى أن التنوع في تحديد الأحكام على ضوء السياق والجانب التركيبي أمر لابد منه في تحديد الأحكام الفقهية لهذه الآية، وذلك لحكمة إلهية يقتضيها الحق سبحانه.

The research presents the understandings of the scholars in determining the jurisprudential rulings of the verse of ablution which is the sixth verse of Surat Al Maidah as it is known, and focuses on the structural side in determining those provisions. The words of that verse are presented, and it begins with the indication of “you stood up” as the condition: “when ye prepare for prayer, wash ...” then proceeds to the order of washing organs in ablution according to the composition of the verse and contextual meaning, then addresses the indication "to" from "and your hands to the elbows ... and your legs to the ankles", then stands at the Ba of "and wipe your heads": then presents the ruling of the name that came after and "legs" from "and wipe your heads and wash your legs to the heels" to conclude by stopping at the number of times washing.
These views address how they are based on various internal and external contextual meanings and their impact on determining the textual and grammatical meaning. It also shows how to rely on aspects of grammar and speech of Arabs. The research focuses on the follow-up of contextual meanings, when contributing to the structural significance of the jurisprudential judgments, in the doctrines of the known group, and the attraction and dialogue between the scholars to reach a precise jurisprudence, in the most famous books of interpretation and jurisprudence taking into account the historical concatenation in the presentation of views and treatment, taking advantage of the lingual and linguistic studies in general. To conclude finally that the diversity in determining the judgments in the light of the context and the synthetic side is inevitable in determining the jurisprudential provisions of this verse, and for the divine wisdom required by the God Almighty.
