المستخلص: عنوان البحث: "الاستقرار العقدي في القرآن الكريم وأثره الأمني" وهو في ثلاثة فصول وتسعة مباحث، مهدت له بمطلبين عن معنى الاستقرار ودلالاته في القرآن الكريم من كلمات مرادفة أو متضمنة للمعنى. والفصل الأول ومباحثه الثلاثة: عن استقرار الكون، ومعالمه وارتباطه بالعقيدة، وأثر المعاصي في زوال تلك النعمة وانقلاب الكون ونزول العذاب. والفصل الثاني ومباحثه الثلاثة: عن استقرار الإيمان وأثره الأمني؛ وفيه الإيمان بوجود الله تعالى ربا وخالقا ومدبرا لمن في هذا الكون، وإفراده سبحانه بالعبادة وحده لا شريك له، وأثر التعبد والقيام بحق الله تعالى في حصول الاستقرار والأمن؛ وذلك عن طريق الوازع الديني المبني على الإيمان بالله تعالى؛ وأهميته وضروريته في حفظ الأمن. والفصل الثالث ومباحثه الثلاثة: عن أركان أصول الاستقرار وأثرها الأمني، وهي ثلاثة أركان الأول: التمسك بالكتاب والسنة وترك المبدع والمحدثات، وهذا أصل في استقرار العقيدة، واستقرار العبادة، واستقرار الأمة من النزاع والفرقة والضلال. والثاني: لزوم جماعة المسلمين وإمامهم، وهو محور الأركان، وبه جمع الكلمة حول ولاة الأمر وطاعتهم وعدم الخروج عليهم، وذلك حقيقة الاستقرار. وأخيرا الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، وبه يحفظ الاستقرار، ويكون الأمن الإلهي من عذابه وعقابه، والأمن البشري من الظلم والعدوان والبغي. والله أسأل أن يحفظ بلادنا ويتم نعمه علينا، وأن يجعل جميع بلاد المسلمين في أمن واستقرار، وصلى الله وسلم وبارك على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.

The study title "Faith Stability in the Holy Quran and its Security Impact". The study consists of three chapters and nine topics. The researcher begins the study with two topics about the meaning of stability and connotations in the Quran of synonymous words or words that include meaning. Chapter one consists of three topics: the stability of the universe, its features and its association with faith, the impact of sin on the demise of such grace and coup of the universe and the coming down of punishment. Chapter two consists of three topics: the stability of the faith and its security impact, the belief in the existence of Almighty as a Lord, Creator and mastermind of all things in the universe, to worship the Almighty Allah alone with no partner, the impact of worshiping Almighty Allah and do the right of Almighty Allah in the occurrence of stability and security through the religious deterrence that based on believing on Almighty Allah and its importance and necessity in maintaining security. Chapter three consists of three topics: the pillars of the essential of stability and its security impact, which they are three pillars: the first one is the adhering to the Holy Quran and Sunnah and stop doing of novelties and heresies, This is the origin of the stability of faith, stability of worship. The stability of the nation from falling in conflict, separation and misguidance. The second: adhere of Muslim community and their imam, which is the centerpiece of pillars, which consists the issue of complete agreement on the rulers and obeying them and and not revolting against the rulers, which is the real of stability. Finally is the promotion of virtue and prevention of vice, that through them stability is preserved ,the divine security from punishment is achieved and the human security from injustice aggression and oppression is offered. I ask Allah to protect our country and bestowed his glorious grace unto us, and that makes all the Muslim countries in security stability . And peace and blessings of Allah be upon our prophet Muhammad, his family and his companions.
