المستخلص: "الإهداء" عتبة نصية تحمل ما يحمله النص الروائي من حسن استهلاك إلى نقطة انتهاء، وتحمل ما يحمله النص من تشويق وإثارة، وتعني هذه العتبة شيئا وقد لا تعني، إلا أنه يشكل نصا مستقلا في مكان يفصل بين الغلاف والمتن، وهي عتبة نصية تنافس العتبات الأخرى من حيث مكانها ومكانتها. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أهمية الإهداء في النص الروائي كعتبة نصية وعلامة لغوية دالة تجمع بين الكاتب والقارئ على نص يجتمعان عليه أو يفترقان، واقفة عند البنية اللغوية للإهداء تحليلا لتركيبها من حيث الجمل والمفردات والروابط بينهما. كما تقف عند توظيفه في المتن الروائي من حيث الأسماء المهداة إليها من حيث إن كانت حقيقية أو رمزاً أو ما يشير إليها، أو من حيث الفضاء المكاني أو الزماني الذي أشار إليه الإهداء من قبل، كما تناقش الدراسة سمة البياض التي تحمل بديلا عن الإهداء إذ تشكل دلالة سيميائية على عدم الإهداء الذي يقضي إلى التعميم أو التعتيم. من أجل ذلك بإجراء دراسة على عينة بإجراء دراسة على عينة عشوائية تضم مئة وعشر رواية مصدرة بإهداء لدراسة تراكيبها وصيغها ودلالة توظيفها، وانتهينا إلى أن الإهداء عتبة اتصال أو انفصال تحمل فكرة النص وتشرح ما فيه أو ما يوحي إليه، فيفيد ما يفيد من تخصيص وتشويق وقد لا يحمل شيئا فيفيد تعميما أو تعتيما، وفي كلا الأمرين فإن الإهداء له قيمته وأشكاله المتعددة ووظيفته التي تستدعي الدرس والبيان.

Dedication is a textual threshold which carries the novel text from good introduction to the ending point as well as suspense and excitement. This threshold may have a meaning or otherwise but it formulates an independent text at a site which separates the cover and the text and it competes with other thresholds in terms of its place and position. This study endeavors to highlight the importance of dedication in the text of the novel as a textual threshold and linguistic sign which combine between the author and the reader via a text where they meet together or divert, therefore the study focused on the linguistic structure of dedication to analyze its structure, sentences, vocabularies and linkages among them. It also examined the deployment of dedication in the text of the novel in terms of those who are dedicated, its reality or symbolism, its references, as well as its spatial or time spaces referred to by dedication. The study discussed blankness that substitutes dedication since it constituted semiotic reference to the lack of dedication which leads to generality or opacity. Accordingly, we conducted this study on a random sample that consisted of one hundred ten novels which began with dedications to study their structure, formulations and their employment significantly. We concluded that dedication is a communication or divergence threshold that carries the idea of the text and explains its contents, suggestiveness and its benefit in terms of suspense and excitement. Dedication may not carry anything so that it refers to generality or opacity and in both cases it has a value, various forms and functions which requires more in-depth examination and explanation.
