|a أدرك الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم إمكانية من حوله، ووظفها في أماكنها الصحيحة، ومن ذلك اختياره لقادة السرايا والبعوث والتي سبقها ولا شك تربيتهم وإعدادهم وتدريبهم، وتنوع القادة من حيث القبيلة والمكانة والشخصية بحسب طبيعة السرية. وتركيز الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في بداية العهد المدني على من لهم صلة وعلاقة مباشرة به. وبشرية الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في جانب الاختيار، فلم يكن تحقيق الأهداف سار على كل السرايا، فالكثير منها حقق الأهداف، والبعض منها لم يحققه، بل صاحبها بعض النكسات على المسلمين. واستمرار توجيه السرايا من بداية العهد المدني إلى قبيل وفاة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.

|b Teh Apostle realized teh possibilities around him and employed them in their proper places. This was his choice of teh leaders of teh Saraya and teh Envoy, which undoubtedly preceded their education, preparation and training, and teh diversity of leaders in terms of tribe, status and personality. And teh focus of teh Prophet at teh beginning of teh civil covenant on those who has a relationship and a direct relationship to it. And teh humanity of teh Prophet On teh side of choice, teh achievement of teh goals did not follow all teh chains, many of them achieved teh goals, and some of them did not achieve, but some setbacks to Muslims. And continued guidance of teh Saraya from teh beginning of teh civil covenant to teh death of teh Prophet Peace be upon him.
