المستخلص: إن من مؤشرات تقدم الأمم وعلامات حضارتها: اهتمامها بالمرافق العامة وخاصة الطرق الرئيسة والفرعية التي يسلكها الناس إذ تمثل قوام الحياة في قضاء مصالحهم وتسيير قوافل تجاراتهم، وبلغ من عناية الدول بالطرق أن أنشأت وزارات خاصة للعناية بها وبمرافقها، وخصصت الميزانيات الضخمة لها. وقد أولت السنة النبوية الطرق عناية خاصة لأهميتها في حياة الناس، ووضعت الأسس والضوابط التي تنظم أحوالها وتبين أحكام سالكيها من الناحيتين المادية والمعنوية. وقد جاء هذا البحث ليسهم في نشر الوعي بهذه الحقوق، ودعوة الناس إلى احترامها، ورصد المخالفات وأنواع الأذى التي يقع فيها الكثيرون في الطرق العامة حتى صارت مشكلة متفاقمة وظاهرة خطيرة تعاني منها المجتمعات، وقد حرص البحث على إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها، وربط التعاليم النبوية الواردة في هذا الموضوع بالتطبيقات المعاصرة خاصة قواعد المرور المعروفة عالميا ومحليا، وبالتالي إبراز أحد جوانب المعالم الحضارية المشرقة في السنة النبوية وإثبات سبقها إلى العناية بالطرق وتخطيطها، وسن الآداب والأحكام التي تنظم شؤونها وأحوالها. وقد سميت هذا البحث – بتوفيق الله تعالى- : [الأحاديث الواردة في حقوق الطريق وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة، "دراسة موضوعية في ضوء السنة النبوية"].

One of the indicators of progress of nations and signs of its civilizations is their concern of the public utilities, especially the main and subsidiary roads that people use. Therefore, these roads represent the artery of life in fulfilling people’s needs and facilitating their commercial convoys. the nations were very much concerned about the roads to a point that they constructed ministries responsible for them and for their utilities, and has allocated high budgets for this. For this sake, the Prophetic Sunnah have given particular concern for the roads in the life of the human being, and it did put the principles and guidelines to regulate the roads conditions and to reveal the provisions for the people who use them, from both material and moral aspects. Therefore, that research came along to contribute in the awareness raising of these rights, and calling people to respecting them, and monitoring the irregularities and all kinds of harm that a lot of people happen to cause in the public roads, to a point that it turned out to be an increasing problem and a serious phenomenon affecting the societies. Also, this research took in consideration finding convenient solutions, according to the Prophetic teachings, to the contemporary applications, especially the well-known traffic rules locally and globally. As well as highlighting all the bright civilizational features in the Prophetic Sunnah, proving that the Prophetic Sunnah preceded in taking good care of the roads as well as planning them, putting the rules for the provisions and disciplinary that organize all their affairs. I named this research with the reconcile of God : “The Hadith that was revealed about the road rights and their contemporary applications. An objective study in the light of the Prophetic Sunnah.”
