المستخلص: Goal. The goal of this research is to identify the circumstances that led to the deal with the individual and the extent of the psychological and social impact study as well as the personal dynamics of the individual abusers of heroin and alcohol by testing the understanding of the subject and study the situation for the client. Done approach work myself through the analysis of projections highlighted by the client through the view of the images and retold through her stories next to study the history of the case. Results. The results of the study on the conditions experienced by is considered as a key factor for abuse and thus the absence of authority of the father’s role with the weakness of personal and reliability, frustration and depression sometimes with repression and denial, aggression and justification with the loneliness and despair of life and regret what happened because the deal led the individual to create die same distorted fragile hinder the individual to establish correct relationships with others with permanent feeling of rejection and ostracism and boos for the cultural values of the community next to the feelings of anger, tension and pain with concern the internal and external, and sometimes alienation and thus lead to incompatibilities.

الهدف. هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الظروف التي أدت بالفرد إلى التعاطي ومدى تأثيرها النفسى والاجتماعي كذلك دراسة ديتاميات الشخصية لدى الفرد متعاطي الهيروين والكحوليات عن طريق اختبار تفهم الموضوع ودراسة الحالة للعميل. المنهج. تم عمل تحليل نفسي من خلال الإسقاطات التي يبرزها العميل من خلال مشاهدته للصور وسرده لها عن طريق قصص بجانب دراسة تاريخ الحالة. النتائج. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن الظروف التي يعيشها تعد بمثابة العامل الأساسي للتعاطي وبالتالي غياب السلطة المتمثل في دور الأب مع ضعف الشخصية والاعتمادية والإحباط والاكتئاب أحيانا مع الكبت والإنكار والعدوان والتبرير مع الشعور بالوحدة واليأس من الحياة والندم على ما حدث لأن التعاطي يؤدي بالفرد إلى خلق ذات مشوهة هشة تعوق الفرد لإقامة علاقات صحيحة مع الأخرين مع الشعور الدائم بالرفض والنبذ والاستهجان لقيم المجتمع الثقافية بجانب مشاعر الغضب والتوتر والألم مع القلق والاغتراب الداخلي والخارجي أحيانا وبالتالي يؤدى إلى عدم التوافق.
