المستخلص: Cultural tourism is growing significantly at this time, which has prompted researchers interested in it as a research field to attach importance to the dynamics of this field. In this context, Tunisia has given this sector remarkable attention for decades. Based on this idea, we tried to prove that the cultural variable cannot be the only variable, especially since Tunisia possesses alternatives in this field. This is done through field interviews used as techniques in this research paper.
Beach residences were the main factor in attracting Tunisia as a tourist destination. However, this type of tourism (beach) remains insufficient to achieve the development of this sector and contribute to the Tunisian economy.

Dans notre monde actuel, le tourisme culturel est en pleine croissance de façon que les chercheurs s'intéressent de plus en plus à la dynamique qui régit ce domaine. Dans ce contexte, la Tunisie accorde à ce secteur d'activités un intérêt assez remarquable depuis plusieurs décennies. Dans cet esprit, nous avons tenté d'apprécier que la variante culturelle ne peut pas être la seule variante surtout que la Tunisie possède des qualités indéniables dans ce domaine à partir les entretiens.
Les séjours balnéaires demeurent le TEMPprincipal facteur d'attractivité de la Tunisie en tant que destination touristique. Ainsi, le tourisme balnéaire n'est plus suffisant pour promouvoir ce secteur et apporter le soutien qu'il avait à l'économie tunisienne.

تشهد السياحة الثقافية نموا ملحوظا في عصرنا الراهن، وهو ما دفع الباحثين المهتمين به كمجال بحثي إلى إيلاء أهمية للديناميات المتحكمة في هذا المجال. في هذا السياق، منحت تونس لهذا القطاع التجاري اهتماما لافتا منذ عقود. انطلاقا من هذه الفكرة حاولنا أن نثبت أن المتغير الثقافي لا يمكن أن يكون المتغير الوحيد، خصوصا وأن تونس تمتلك من البدائل في هذا المجال، وذلك من خلال المقابلات الميدانية المستخدمة كتقنيات في هذه الورقة البحثية.
لقد مثلت الإقامات الشاطئية العامل الأبرز في جذب تونس كوجهة سياحية. إلا أن هذا النوع من السياحة (الشاطئية) يبقى غير كاف في تحقيق النهوض بهذا القطاع والإسهام في الاقتصاد التونسي.
