المستخلص: The linguists take different approaches to know the meaning of the word and explore its secrets, whether by taking them from the Arabs or Arabic tribes and asking them about the meanings of what is vague or the narration about the scholars. Since the Prophet's Hadith is one of the principles adopted in the statement of Islamic concepts, the usefulness of this paper is to limit the meanings of the words of moderation and tolerance expressed by the Messenger of Allah in Saheeh al-Bukhaari, follow the lexical meaning of each word, the relationship between them and the meanings used in the Hadith, as well as the clarification of the meanings and the precise differences between it and the rest of the word The paper presents an analytical study of the meanings of the two terms of moderation and tolerance in the Hadith through the presentation of the Hadiths, which indicate a basic or secondary meaning of these two words, the linguistic and linguistic concept of each word, and the extent to which it relates to the reality of Muslims in order to spread peace and establish the principles of peaceful coexistence between Muslims and others. The results of the paper are no less important than the bases on which it was based. It should be pointed out that the principles of the Islamic religion are moderate and tolerated with all its sub-meanings. It is not a jurisprudence or a political decision but an Islamic legislation that is not subject to circumstances or human jurisprudence. The foundations on which the rights of Muslims and non - Muslims in Islam is a deep link to the origin of faith. Therefore, we find the sons of Adam since the first sight of creation are equal in the rights and duties. The most important recommendations through which to make this paper successful are: The Prophet's Hadiths include an integrated approach to deal with the problems of human life. This may be represented in dealing with the violators and acceptance of the other, as well as the human dimension in social relations. This can only be achieved through the study of these honourable Hadiths. Working on the development of the educational and learning systems with faitful framework in the light of the presentation of these Hadiths that show moderation and move away from extremism and extravagance. They should set up the principles of tolerance, forgiveness, kindness and facilitation which help to guide the community properly and sensebily. The need to encourage scientists, preachers, university professors, teachers and community leaders to study the biography of Prophet (Sera) in all its dimensions and to show human and civilization values in the Prophet's Hadiths. It is also done to explain the basis of the biography and how to benefit from it to face the challenges facing the reality of Muslims in the world. Interest in the curriculum, especially with regard to the science of the Quran and Hadith and avoid the indoctrination which is not associated with the work. Moreover, there is a need to activate the methods of analysis and description, development and conitive study. Students should be obligated to follow them in their stages of study in an attempt to solve the problems of the Islamic community.

نهج اللغويون مناهج شتى لمعرفة معنى الكلمة واستكشاف خفاياها سواء بأخذهم عن العرب والأعراب وسؤالهم عن معاني ما غمض من الألفاظ أم بالرواية عن أهل العلم. ولما كان الحديث النبوي الشريف أصلًا من الأصول المعتمدة في بيان المفاهيم الإسلامية، فإن الفائدة المرجوة من هذا البحث هي محاولة حصر دلالات لفظتي الاعتدال والتسامح المأثورة عن رسول الله (صل الله عليه وسلم) في صحيح البخاري، وتتبع المعنى المعجمي لكل لفظ من الألفاظ والبحث في العلاقة بينه وبين المعاني المستعملة له في الحديث النبوي، فضلا عن استجلاء المعاني الدقيقة وبيان الفروق بينه وبين بقية الألفاظ. وقد قدم البحث دراسة تحليلية لمعاني ودلالات لفظتي الاعتدال والتسامح في الحديث من خلال عرض الأحاديث التي تدل دلالة أساسية أو فرعية لهاتين اللفظتين وبيان المفهوم المعجمي واللغوي لكل لفظ منها، ومعرفة مدى ارتباطه بواقع المسلمين بغية لنشر السلام وإرساء مبادئ التعايش السلمي بين المسلمين وغيرهم. ولعل النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث لا تقل أهمية من الأسس التي قام عليها، إذ لابد من الإشارة إلى أن مبادئ الدين الإسلامي من اعتدال وتسامح بكل دلالاتها الفرعية ليست اجتهادا فقهيا أو قرارا سياسيا إنما هي تشريع إسلامي لا يخضع للظروف ولا إلى الاجتهادات الإنسانية، ومن خلال النظر إلى الأسس التي تقوم عليها حقوق المسلمين وغير المسلمين في الإسلام ما هي إلا ارتباط حقيقي عميق لأصل العقيدة. لذلك نجد أبناء آدم منذ بداية الخليقة في تساو كامل في الحقوق والواجبات، أما أهم التوصيات التي يمكن من خلالها إنجاح هذا البحث هي: - ضمت الأحاديث النبوية منهجا متكاملا لمعالجة مشكلات الحياة الإنسانية، وقد تمثل ذلك في معالجة مشكلة التعامل مع المخالفين وقبول الآخر، فضلا عن البعد الإنساني في العلاقات الاجتماعية، فلا يمكن تحقيق ذلك إلا من خلال دراسة تلك الأحاديث. - العمل على ضرورة تطوير المنظومتين التعليمية والتربوية بإطار إيماني في ضوء عرض الأحاديث التي تدل على الاعتدال والابتعاد عن الغلو والتطرف وإرساء مبادئ التسامح وما يخرج إليه من عفو وصفح وإحسان وتيسير مما يساعد على توجيه المجتمع توجيها صحيحا سليما. - ضرورة تشجيع العلماء والخطباء وأساتذة الجامعات والمدرسين وقيادات المجتمع إلى دراسة السيرة بكل أبعادها وإظهار القيم الإنسانية والحضارية في الأحاديث النبوية، وبيان الأسس التي انتهجتها السيرة وكيفية الإفادة منها لمواجهة التحديات التي يواجهها واقع المسلمين في العالم. - الاهتمام بالمناهج الدراسية ولاسيما فيما يتعلق بعلوم القرآن والحديث والابتعاد عن التلقين غير المرتبط بالعمل وتفعيل مناهج التحليل والوصف والاستنباط والدراسة، وإلزام الطلبة بها في مراحلهم الدراسية سعيا إلى حل مشكلات المجتمع الإسلامي.
