المستخلص: Research Objective: Bringing out one of the aspects of the greatness of the Holy Qur'an and loftiness of the Islamic religion in its legislation and rulings and making clear how this Verse is fertile soil tor study, research and comparison. Research Topic; Interpretation of some of the law-giving verses, like the breastfeeding verse from the Cow Chapter - An analytical comparative study to reveal its meanings and explicate its rulings Research Plan: The research includes an introduction, two themes and a conclusion 1st theme: An Important introduction to the breastfeeding verse in the Cow Chapter, with five issues to be handled: Clarifying that the Cow Chapter is a Medinan chapter and the Chapter's names, grace, purposes and objects. 2nd theme: Interpretation of the breastfeeding verse in the Cow Chapter, with a prelude and four themes. It has a prelude for the breastfeeding Verse. The first issue is about interpreting the following part of the verse: "Mothers may breastfeed their children two complete years.." The second issue is about interpreting the following part of the Verse: 'Upon the father be the mothers' provision and their clothing according to what is acceptable." The third issue is about interpreting the following part of the Verse: "And if they both desire weaning through mutual consent from both of them and consultation". The fourth issue is about interpreting tee following part of the Verse: "And if you wish to have your children nursed by a substitute, there is no blame upon you as long as you give payment according to what is acceptable. And fear Allah and know that Adah is Seeing of what you do." The conclusion includes the research's most important findings and recommendations.

كشف البحث عن تفسير آية الرضاعة من سورة البقرة تحليل ومقارنة، وذلك من خلال مبحثين: المبحث الأول استعرض مقدمات مهمة بين يدي آية الرضاعة من سورة البقرة، وأشار هذا المبحث إلى مدنية سورة البقرة، وأسماء السورة وعدد آياتها، وما ورد في فضل سورة البقرة، ومناسبة ترتيب سورة البقرة في القرآن، ومقاصد السورة. والمبحث الثاني تناول تفسير آية الرضاعة من سورة البقرة في القرآن تحليلاً ومقارنة، وذكر فيه روافد آية الرضاعة. وختاماً فإن الإمام البقاعي رحمه الله قال: لما كان النكاح قد يكون عنه ولادة فيكون عنها رضاع وقد تكون المرضعة زوجة وقد تكون أجنبية والزوجة قد تكون متصلة وقد تكون منفصلة وكان الفراق بالطلاق أكثر منه بالموت وسطه بين عدتي الطلاق والوفاة لإدلاله إلى كل بسبب واهتماما بشأنه وحثا على الشفقة علي السفير وشدة العناية بأمره لأن الأم ربما كانت مطلقة فاستهانت بالولد إيذاء للزوج إن كن الطلاق عن شقاق أو رغبة في زوج آخر. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
