المستخلص: إن الحمد لله تعالى نحمده، ونستعينه، ونستهديه، ونستغفره، ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا وسيئات أعمالنا، من يهده الله فهو المهتدي، ومن يضلل فلن تجد له وليا مرشدا، وأشهد أن لا أله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، وأشهد أن محمدا عبده ورسوله. أما بعد: إن من أكبر نعم الله على عبده أن يهديه للإيمان، ويشرح صدره لنور الإسلام، وأن يديم عليه هذه النعمة حتى يلقاه وهو على ذلك. كما أنه من أعظم الخسارة في الدنيا والآخرة أن يدخل الإنسان في دين الله ويذوق حلاوته، ويستضئ بنوره، ثم يخرج مختارا من النور إلى الظلمات فيترك دين الله، ويدخل في دين الشيطان أيا كان ذلك الدين فيرتد على عقبيه بعد أن كان على نهج سوي. قال الله تعالى: [أَفَمَنْ يَمْشِي مكِبًّا عَلَى وَجْهِهِ أَهْدَى أَمْ مَنْ يَمْشِي سَوِيًّا عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مسْتَقِيمٍ] الملك: 22. وقد دعاني ذلك الفضل العظيم الذي من الله به على عباده وهو الهداية للإسلام، وهذا الشقاء المهلك الذي أغرى به الشيطان أن يكون بحثي هذا في هذا الموضوع الخطير موضوع "الردة عن الإسلام". ويأتي هذا البحث لكي يؤصل لهذا الموضوع من منظور السنة النبوية؛ وكانت خطة البحث فيه كالتالي. * خطة البحث: يتكون البحث من مقدمة، وخمسة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهارس علمية. * أولاً: المقدمة: تناولت فيها أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، وخطة البحث، ومنهجي فيه. * ثانيًا: المباحث: (1): المبحث الأول: ويحتوي على ثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول: تعريف الحد في اللغة والشرع . المطلب الثاني : أنواع الحدود، وأهم سماتها . المطلب الثالث : تعريف الردة في اللغة والشرع . (2): المبحث الثاني : موقف القرآن الكريم من حد الردة. (3) المبحث الثالث : السنة النبوية وعقوبة المرتد. (4): المبحث الرابع : الردة في الفقه الإسلامي. ويحتوي على ثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول: حكم المرتد في الفقه الإسلامي . المطلب الثاني: الضوابط الشرعية لموجب الردة عند الفقهاء. المطلب الثالث: استتابة المرتد. (5): المبحث الخامس: شبهات وردود. * وخاتمة: وتحتوي على أهم النتائج . * الفهارس العملية: وتشتمل على: (1): فهرس المصادر والمراجع. (2): فهرس الموضوعات. وأخيرا سأبذل في هذا البحث )بعون الله( قصارى جهدي، وأذكر فيه مبلغ علمي، مستفرغا فيه كامل وسعي، فإن أصبت فمن فضل الله وحده، وما فيه من خطأ فلا يستغرب وقوعه من مثلي وأسأل الله أن يغفر لي، وأن يتجاوز عن زلتي إنه هو الغفور الرحيم . سبحانك رب العزة عما يصفون، وسلام على المرسلين، والحمد لله رب العالمين. وصلي اللهم على نبينا، وسيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.

All praise due to Allah the almighty. Praise be to Him. We seek help from Him; seek His guidance, and His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves and the evils of our actions, He who is guided by Allah, is rightly guided and whomever He misleads will not find a guide, I bear witness that no god but Allah alone and has no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is his slave and messenger. One of the greatest blessings of Allah on his slave is to guide him to faith, expand his heart to the light of Islam and perpetuate this blessing on him until the Last day. It is also the greatest loss in this world and the Hereafter for a human who embraces the religion of Islam and tastes its sweetness, and then turns away willingly from the light to the darkness and to go to religion of Satan whatever that religion is, after he was on right approach. Allah says (will he find the way who grovels flat on his face, or he who walks straight on the right path) Due the great credit that Allah has given to His slaves, which is the guidance of Islam and the mortal misery tempted by devil , this is what prompted me to write on this dangerous issue. The theme "apostasy from Islam" This research comes to establish this issue from the perspective of the Sunnah of the Prophet. It is as follows * research plan: The research consists of an introduction, five quests, a conclusion, and scientific indexes. * First: Introduction In the introduction, I addressed the importance of the subject and the reasons behind choosing it as a subject, research plan and my methodology in writing the research. * Second: the Topics: (1): The first topic: It contains three quests: The first quest: definition of prescribed punishment lexically and Sharia point of view. The second quest: Types of prescribed punishment, and its major features. Third: Definition of apostasy lexically and Sharia point of view. (2): The second topic: the position of the Koran to the prescribed punishment of apostasy. (3): The third topic: the Sunnah of the Prophet and the punishment of apostate. (4): The fourth topic: apostasy in Islamic jurisprudence. It contains three quests ▪ The first quest: Ruling on the apostate in Islamic jurisprudence. ▪ The second quest: the sharia principals on what motivate apostasy according to jurisprudence scholars. ▪ The third quest: to repent the apostate. (5): the fifth Topic: doubtful matters and feedback. * Conclusion: contains the most important results * Practical indexes: Includes (1): Sources and Reference Index (2): Subject Indexes. Finally, I will do my best in this research (with the help of Allah), to use the best of my knowledge, do all I can to get the message across. If I realize that, it would be from the help of Allah and if I fail to do so, it would be due my shortcomings which is not surprising to happen from a person like me. and I ask Allah to forgive me, to tolerate my slips, for He is the Forgiver and the Merciful. Glory be to Allah the Lord of majesty, from that which they attribute, and peace be upon the messengers, praise be to Lord of the worlds, May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon our Prophet and our master Muhammad and his family and companions.
