المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث بيان حقيقة الإيمان، والآثار المترتبة عليه في الأسماء والأحكام عند الإباضية، حيث تعد فرقة الإباضية إحدى فرق الوعيدية التي غلت في مفهوم الإيمان وما يتعلق به، وقد ترتب على هذا الغلو كثير من الآثار في الأسماء التي تطلق على أهل القبلة في الدنيا، والأحكام المترتبة على هذه الأسماء في الدنيا والآخرة. وقد عرف الإباضية الإيمان بأنه قول وعمل واعتقاد، متفقين في ذلك مع المعتزلة وسائر فرق الخوارج، كما يتفقون إجمالا مع مذهب أهل السنة غير أنهم اختلفوا معهم في الآثار المترتبة على هذا المفهوم، حيث وضح البحث اتجاه الفكر الإباضي إلى سلب اسم الإيمان مطلقا عن مرتكب الكبيرة، وأطلقوا عليه اسم فاسق، أو منافق، أو كافر، ويقصدون به كفر النعمة، كما أدى بهم ذلك إلى إسقاط الآيات الواردة في المنافقين على مرتكب الكبيرة حاكمين عليه بالنفاق الاعتقادي، علي الرغم من إقرارهم بأن نفاقه نفاق عملي؛ وترتب على ذلك عندهم حكمهم بخلود مرتكب الكبيرة في النار إن مات عليها، وأوجبوا عقابه مما أدى بهم إلى إنكار الشفاعة لأهل الكبائر في الآخرة، وقصروها على المتقين من المؤمنين الذين أدوا جميع الواجبات، واجتنبوا جميع، المحرمات، وتعلق ما سبق ذكره عندهم بالبراءة من مرتكبي الكبيرة، وأصحاب المعاصي بإيجاب سبهم، ولعنهم، وبغضهم، وعداوتهم.

The concept of faith of Ibadan and its impact on the terms and judgments. This research explains the real meaning of faith of ibadan sect and its implications on the terms and sentences, Terms are meant, like to be a Muslim, believer, non-believer infidel and polytheist, sentences derived from these terms in this world such as the infallibility (protection) of Muslims’blood, money, honor, loyalty, hostility, and related items in the afterlife like promises and warnings, Ibadhi sect is one of Aloaidyh teams connected to the subject of faith and related topics; As a result of this hyperbole many of the effects on the terms and judgments in this world and the hereafter ibadhi defined faith as words, action and belief, In agreement with the Mu'tazilah and other teams Kharijites, altogether agree with the doctrine of the Sunnis and they disagreed with the implications of this concept, the research explained direction of Ibadi thought to negate faith of the perpetrator of great misdeed at all and named him evildoer, or a hypocrite, or a disbelieve, disbelieve means denying the grace That led them to apply the verses of the hypocrites to the perpetrator of great sin and consider him believer –hypocrite We stated in the research that they sentenced the perpetrator of great misdeed to immortality in the fire if he insisted on it and they see the obligatory punishment for him which led to the denial of intercession for the people of sins in the afterlife and they believe that the intercession is only for the pious believers ,the pious believers who performed all the duties ,and shunned all taboos
