تهدف هذ الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع عمليات السلامة والصحة المهنية في شركات القطاع العام وما مدى تأثير السلامة والصحة المهنية على أداء العاملين، ودراسة العوامل التي تؤثر سلبا على الأداء وتهدف أيضا إلى تقديم بعض الاقتراحات والتوصيات التي يمكن بواستطها تحسين وضع عمليات السلامة والصحة المهنية داخل شركات القطاع العام. أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة من العاملين في شركات القطاع العام، حيث تم اختيار عينة طبقية قدرت ب (385) مهندس وفني وعامل، وقد تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية أهمها معامل ألفا كرونباخ وتحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: تأكيد العاملين لتأثير ظروف العمل التالية سلبا على أدائهم وهي الإرهاق والتعب الناتج عن ضغط العمل، والقيام بأعمال خطرة، وارتفاع درجة الحرارة في مكان العمل، والضوضاء والغازات والإشعاعات الناتجة عن عملية اللحام، والتعامل مع الأدوات والآلات الحادة. توصيات الدراسة: ضرورة تحفيز العاملين وتشجيعهم على الالتزام بقواعد السلامة والصحة المهنية عن طريق تخصيص مكافآت مادية ومعنوية، وكذلك إنشاء إدارة خاصة بالتدريب يوجد بها وحدة تدريب خاصة بعمليات السلامة والصحة المهنية تكون مسئولة عن تدريب العاملين على برامج ولوائح السلامة والصحة المهنية.
This study aims at identifying the reality of the occupational safety and health processes in the public Sector Companies and the extent of impact of the occupational safety and health procedures on the workers' performance and studying the factors that adversely affect the performance. The study also aims at providing some suggestions and recommendations by which the occupational health and safety status within the Public Sector Companies can be improved. This study was conducted on a sample of workers in the Public Sector Companies as a stratified sample was elected to be estimated of (385) engineers, technicians and workers. A set of the statistical methods was used the most important of which are Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient and the simple linear regression analysis. The study findings showed: The workers confirmed the following working conditions and circumstances have negative impact on their performance that are manifested in the tiredness and fatigue resulting from the work pressure, doing dangerous tasks, the high temperature in the workplace, the noise, the gases and radiation resulting from the welding process and handling with tools and sharp instruments. The most important recommendations of the study: The necessity to motivate and encourage the workers to abide by the rules of occupational safety and health by allocating material and incorporeal bonuses as well as the establishment of a department for training in which there is a training unit for the occupational safety and health operations to be responsible for training the workers on the programs and regulations of occupational safety and health.
