|a كثيرة هي البحوث التي تناولت الطبقات الاجتماعية في الوطن العربي، وغاب ما تعرضت هذه الطبقات لاسيما البرجوازية الكبرى منها للإدانة لأسباب لا تخفى. ولكن البحوث المختصة التي تحاول بيان أصول هذ٥ الطبقة وتفسر لنا خلفيات مواقفها وتحالفاتها تكاد تكون محدودة إن لم تكن منعدمة إلا في ثنايا البحوث والمؤلفات. لذا ثمة شك في أصالتها إذا ما قورنت بمثيلاتها الأوروبية من حيث النشأة والدور الذي ينبغي أن تضطلع به كطبقة رأسمالية. أما مبعث الشك فلكون المجتمعات العربية تبدو حصيلة لآليات اجتماعية موروثة على الخصوص من المجتمع العثماني، كما أن البرجوازية طبقة تشكلت أواخر القرن 19 ولم تكن غالبيتها تحوز أي نوع من الثراء قبل قانون الأراضي العثماني (1858). وكالمجتمع العربي تبدو الدولة القطرية حصيلة لمعاهدات صاغتها القوى الاستعمارية الأوروبية أواخر القرن 19 وأوائل القرن 20، وبالتالي فهي دولة بلا مرجعية إلا من موروث عثماني أو استعماري. باختصار، ما هي تاريخية هذ٥ الطبقة؟ وما هو مصدر الرأسمال الذي تملكه؟ وما هي غايته؟ ولماذا استثمرت في السلطة وفي القطاعات غير المهيكلة وفيما يفترض أنه من اختصاصات الريف ولم تستثمر في التعليم والصناعة؟ ذلك هو السؤال المركزي الذي يحاول البحث الإجابة عليه عبر خمسة مفاتيح مفاهيمية ومنهجية تتبع الصيرورة التاريخية للبرجوازية من حيث نشأتها وتطورها والدور الحضاري الذي تلعبه في مجتمعاتها.
|b A lot of researchers treated about the social classes in Arabic World. This classes especially the Bourgeoisie class was exposed to condemnation for unhidden reasons. But researches focused on this issue, which try to figure out the origin of this class and to explain its background and alliances are often limited or not even existing, expect among researches and compiled publication. So, there are some doubts regarding to the origin, the emerging and the role of this social class, linked with capitalism, especially comparing to the European one. The cradle of this doubt is that the Arabic societies appear like the result of the mechanism of social heritage, specially coming from the Othman society. Beside, the Bourgeoisie class gets formed at the end of the 19th century. This class has not commonly obtains any kind of fortune before the Outman’s earth law (1858). And, as Arabic societies, the state appeared as a result of the treaty established from the European colonization, at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. And consequently, this state has no background except the colony and Othman heritage. In brief, what is the history of the classes? What is the origin of the capitalism by itself? And what its end? And why did this social class invest the power and the non structured sector which supposed to be related to rural specialists? And why did not they invest the education and the industry area? That is the core question on which this research tries to focus and answer, through five methodological comprehensive keys which follow the historical bourgeoisie status, in respect to its emergence, development and the role played in the society.
