|b The study sought to identify the educational rules practice of social control processes in activating the role of secondary schools in Al Taif from the perspective of teachers. To achieve the study goals, the researcher selected cluster random sample of the study population which was (N=560) teacher during the second semester of the year (1436/1437 AH). A questionnaire was prepared and it consists of four fields: legal rules, intellectual rules, social norms and educational rules (N=62) paragraph. Results showed that the first rate was the field of social norms, then was the field of intellectual rules and the field of legal rules and the educational rules were moderately degree. The existence of differences due to the different variable of gender and in favor of females, the lack of differences due to the different variable of qualification and the existence of differences due to the variable expertise for the benefit of experienced estimates (10 years and over). This study recommended the need for concerted efforts based on education and guidance to address all the problems and distractions inside and outside the school and the achievement of social control process.

|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القواعد التربوية لعمليات الضبط الاجتماعي في تفعيل دور المدراس الثانوية لمدينة الطائف من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اختيرت عينة عنقودية عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة بلغت (560) معلماً ومعلمة في أثناء الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام (1436/1437 ه). تم إعداد استبانة تكونت من أربع مجالات وهي: القواعد القانونية، والقواعد الفكرية، والقواعد الاجتماعية، والقواعد التعليمية وبلغ عدد فقراتها (62) فقرة، بينت النتائج أن مجال القواعد الاجتماعية احتلت المرتبة الأولى يليها القواعد الفكرية والقواعد القانونية والقواعد التعليمية وجاءت القواعد ككل بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق تعزي لاختلاف متغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق تعزي لاختلاف متغير المؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق تعزي لمتغير الخبرة ولصالح تقديرات ذوي الخبرة (10 سنوات فأكثر). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تضافر جهود القائمين على التعليم بمعالجة وتوجيه كافة المشكلات والانحرافات داخل المدرسة وخارجها وتحقيق عملية الضبط الاجتماعي.
