استهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية حماية حقوق البث الفضائي للمنافسات والبرامج الرياضية وفقاً لتنظيمات القانونية الدولية وذلك من خلال: أهمية البث التلفزيوني والفضائي للمنافسات الرياضية اقتصاديا واجتماعيا، تحديد حقوق البث التليفزيوني والفضائي، التعرف على الوضع الحالي لقانون البث التلفزيوني والفضائي والمنافسات الرياضية والجهات المسئولة ذات الصلة، والقوانين واللوائح المنظمة للبث التلفزيوني والفضائي للأحداث والمنافسات الرياضية المحلية والدولية، تنظيم حماية حقوق جهات البث وفقا للتشريعات الدولية والملكية الفكرية. إجراءات الدراسة – استخدم المنهج الوصفي – المسحي – ومجتمع البحث وعينته من الإدارة العليا لبعض المؤسسات الرياضية والإعلامية وخبراء الإدارة الرياضية والقانون والإعلام – واستخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات- واستخدمت المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة مراعاة الأبعاد الأربعة لتحقيق حماية حقوق البث التلفزيوني والفضائي للمنافسات والبرامج الرياضية وفقاً للتنظيمات القانونية الدولية وهي أهمية البث التليفزيوني للإحداث والمنافسات الرياضية اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وحقوق البث التلفزيوني للإحداث والمنافسات الرياضية، الوضع القانوني الحالي للبث التلفزيوني والفضائي للإحداث والمنافسات الرياضية والجهات ذات الصلة (عربياً ودولياً) وتنظيم حماية حقوق جهات البث وفقاً للتشريعات الدولية والملكية الفكرية.
The study aimed at identifying how to protect the cable TV rights to the competitions and sports programs in accordance with international legal organizations through: the importance of television and cable TV sports competitions economically and socially, determine Allalvziony and cable TV rights, become acquainted with the current status of the law of the television and cable TV sports competitions responsible and relevant authorities , and laws and regulations for television broadcast and satellite events for local and international sports competitions, organizing the protection of the rights of broadcasters in accordance with international legislation and intellectual property. The study - Use descriptive approach - screening procedures - and the research community and appointed by the senior management of some of the sports and media institutions and experts sports administration, law and the media - and the use of the questionnaire as a tool to collect data and information - and used appropriate statistical treatment. The study found the need for taking into account the dimensions of the four to achieve the protection of the television and cable TV rights to the competitions and sports programs in accordance with international legal organizations and is the importance of television broadcasting of events and sports competitions economically, socially and rights of television broadcasting of the events, sports competitions, the current legal status of the broadcast television and space for events, sports competitions and the relevant authorities (Arab and internationally) and regulate the protection of the rights of broadcasters in accordance with international legislation and intellectual property.
