المستخلص: موضوع البحث: حديث الخلوة بالأجنبية (دراسة موضوعية تحليلية ودفع إشكالات). جاء الإسلام لحفظ النفس، وصيانة العرض، فحرم كل ما يؤدي إلى انتقاصها أو المساس بها، فالمحافظة على أعراض المسلمين من أهم الأمور التي دع الإسلام إليها، وسد باب الذرائع الموصلة لانتهاكها، ولما كان للزنا وسائل وذرائعه فقد حرم الإسلام كل وسائله وذرائعه، ولما كانت خلوة الرجال بالنساء من أخطر تلك الوسائل؛ نهى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن الخلوة بالأجنبية، ولو في باب من أبواب الخير. وقد زعم أعداء السنة النبوية ان هناك بعضاً من الأحاديث النبوية تبيح الخلوة بالأجنبية، وهو زعم باطل، أرادوا من خلاله النيل من السنة المطهرة وصاحبها صلوات الله وتسليماته عليه. وقد أظهرت الدراسة، أن ما أشكل فهمه من تلك الأحاديث التي يوهم ظاهرها الخلوة بالأجنبية، لا دلالة فيها على الخلوة المحرمة، وإنما اتخذها أعداء السنة مساراً للنيل من السنة المطهرة وصاحبها صلوات الله وسليماته عليه، ودعوة لنشر الرذيلة في المجتمع، وإثارة الشهوات والغرائز، وتشكيك الناس وإضلالهم، وأن الخلوة بالأجنبية منها المباح ومنها غيره، فما كانت بعيدة عن أعين الناس، فهي المنهى عنها، وما كانت أما أعين الناس فهي خلوة مباحة ما لم يخالطها ريبة، وأن الخلوة بكل أشكالها ووسائلها الحديثة؛ كالتحدث في الهاتف، وعلى شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، وغير ذلك مما يخشى إطلاع المحارم عليه، ومما يخالطه ريبة، هو كالخلوة المحرمة؛ لما يترتب عليه من أضرارها ومفاسدها.

Subject of the study: the Hadith of alienation with the foreign woman (objective analytical study and answer confusing issues). Islam has come to preserve the soul, and to preserve the honor, and it has forbidden all that leads to its decrease or harming it. Preserving the honor of Muslims is one of the most important things that Islam has called for, and has prevented causes for violating it. As the Adultery has its causes and means so Islam has forbidden all its causes and means; and because of men being alone with women has been one of the most dangerous causes therefore the Prophet (PBUH) has forbidden alienation, even if in the good. The enemies of the Sunnah have claimed that there are some of the Prophet's Hadiths that permit alienation, which is a false claim, in which they wanted to harm the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH) prayers and blessings of God. The study has shown that what has misunderstand from these Hadiths, which are inspired by the apparent alienation of foreigners, is not indicative of the forbidden alienation. Rather, the enemies of the Sunnah took a path to deprive the purified Sunnah and the Prophet (PBUH) prayers and blessings of God It is an invitation to spread vice in society and stir up desires and instincts. And cause people confused and suspected and that the alienation may be allowed or not, if it is faraway people's eyes so it's forbidden, if it is upon people's eyes , then there is no problem unless there is no suspicion. And that alienation with all its modern forms and means such as talking on the phone, and on social networks etc, And so on What is feared to be exposed to relatives (Maharim), and is accompanied by suspicion, is like the forbidden alienation; because of the consequences of its damage, spoils and evil.
