المستخلص: يقوم الإسلام على الوسطية الشاملة والعامة والتي لا تعترف بتقسيم اليمين والوسط واليسار فهي وسطية تظهر في العقيدة، والتشريع، والأخلاق، والاجتماع، والسياسة، وفي جميع مناحي الحياة وقد عرض هذا البحث لمفهوم الوسطية وأثره في الأمن المجتمعي دراسة في ضوء الثقافة الإسلامية من خلال مقدمة ومبحثين أما المقدمة، فقد تناولت أسباب اختيار البحث، وأسئلة البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهجية البحث، وعرض المبحث الأول مفهوم الوسطية والمفاهيم المقاربة له وايضاح لمظاهر الوسطية في الشريعة الإسلامية، كما عرض هذا المبحث لمعيار الوسطية ووسائل التعرف عليها حيث إن معيار الوسطية في كل أمر هو العلم الحاصل عن مصدر المعرفة المعتمد فيما يخص هذا الأمر، فما كان مصدر معرفته الشرع، بان دل عليه الشرع أنه وسط، سواء بدلالة النص أو بدلالة غيره من المصادر الشرعية، علم أنه هو الوسط، وعرض أيضاً لمفهوم وسطية الأمة المحمدية ووجوب التزامها بذلك فوصف الوسطية ثابت لكل من التزم بمنزلة الوسط من أفراد هذه الأمة، بخلاف من جانب هذه المنزلة أو صار خارجاً عنها من أهل الغلو والتشدد أو من أهل الجفاء والتفريط، وعرض المبحث الثاني: لأثر الوسطية في الأمن المجتمعي، فوضح بداية مفهوم الأمن المجتمعي وعناية الإسلام به حيث يعد مصطلح الأمن المجتمعي من المصطلحات الحديثة التي برزت على الساحة الفكرية في أواخر القرن الماضي، مع كونه محل عناية الإسلام منذ ظهور الدعوة، ويظهر ذلك من تكرار دعواته الرامية إلى وحدة المجتمع والمحذرة من تمزقه إلى جمعيات متناحرة أو تشرذمه إلى فرق متقاطعة، وتوضيح لأثر الوسطية في الأمن المجتمعي وإشكالات حول الوسطية، ومنها قول البعض بأنها لين مطلق وإعطاء للدنية في مواقف الإباء. وهذا في الحقيقة مفهوم ثقافة مغلوط مفارق لمفهوم الوسطية التي هي وضع الشيء في موضعه الصحيح. كما أوصى البحث بتحلي المجتمع الإسلامي بمبادئ الوسطية ؛ مع حث وسائل الإعلام بضرورة تفعيل النقاش والحوار حول مفهوم الوسطية وترسيخه في عقول الشباب مع ضرورة بحث أمثال هذه المسائل الهامة وطباعتها ونشرها بين الناس، وتكوين قاعدة بيانات بحثية بهذا الشأن ، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة بحث وتحقيق التراث الإسلامي الذ يعزز أمثال تلك المفاهيم العظيمة وانتاج موسوعة علمية لمفهوم الوسطية، ودلالة شموله لمبادئ الإسلام العظيمة وتكثيف البحث في الأمن المجتمعي، وفي الضمانات العامة لحقوق المواطنين، وفي السلم الاجتماعي، وآثاره في المجتمع المسلم وطرح حلول للإشكاليات والشبهات التي تنافي ثقافة الوسطية في الإسلام.

Islam is built on comprehensive and general moderation; it does not recognize those right, left and centre divisions. It is dat moderation obvious in the Islamic belief, legislation, ethics, sociology, and politics and all aspects of life. This research tackles the concept of moderation and it's impact on societal security. It is a study conducted in light of the Islamic culture through an introduction and two sections. As for the introduction, it deals wif the reasons for choosing the research theme, research questions, previous studies, research plan, and research methodology. The first section tackles the concept of moderation and some similar concepts and clarifies the aspects of moderation in the sharee'ah (Islamic law). It also presents the criterion of moderation and means of identifying it, as the criterion of moderation in each matter is the knowledge obtained from the source of knowledge adopted in relation to this matter. Whatever is known from the sharee'ah (Islamic law), whether through the text or other legitimate sources, it is known than to be moderate. It also presents the concept of moderation of the Muhammadan Umma (the nation of Prophet Muhammad) and how it has to stick to moderation. The description of moderation is constant for whoever complies wif moderation in Islam, other than those who kept away from this merit, such as people of extremism, radicalism, discourteousness and extravagance. The second section deals wif the impact of moderation on social security. It made clear when the concept of social security came into being and how Islam takes good care of it. Social security is one of the modern terms dat emerged in the intellectual arena late in the last century. Islam has paid attention to dat concept, since Islam came into existence, and this is clear in Islam's call for the unity of the community and warning against it's division into rival and conflicting groups and sects. The second section also deals wif the impact of moderation on social security and the problems related to it, including some opinions dat moderation is about absolute leniency and giving inferiority in the situations requiring rejection. This is in fact a mistaken cultural concept dat is different from the concept of moderation which is about putting things in there proper places. The study also recommends dat the Islamic community should be guided by the principles of moderation and urges the media to activate the debate and dialogue on the concept of moderation and implant it in the minds of young people, wif the need to discuss such issues, print them and spread them among people, create a research database in this regard, conduct research on Islamic heritage so as to promote such great concepts, produce a scientific encyclopaedia of the concept of moderation in order to prove dat moderation is there in all the principles of Islam, and go deeply into social security, the general guarantees of the rights of citizens, social peace and there impacts on the Muslim community, and solutions to the problems and suspicions dat contradict the culture of moderation in Islam.
