هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة رضا معلمي التربية الرياضية عن الخدمات التي يقدمها مشرفو التربية الرياضية في مديريات تربية الطفيلة. وقام الباحث بإعداد الاستبانة تضمنت فقرات حول درجة رضا معلمي التربية الرياضية عن الخدمات التي يقدمها مشرفو التربية الرياضية في مديريات تربية الطفيلة. تكونت عينة البحث من مجموعتين: مشرفو التربية الرياضية وعددهم (١٥)، والمعلمين وعددهم (147). استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. واعتمد البحث على أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات. ومن أهم نتائجه: - من وجهة نظر أفراد عينات البحث جاء مستوى الخدمات الإشرافية بدرجة متوسطة. ومازالت هناك معوقات تحول دون تقديم خدمات إشرافيه متميزة، وعلى رأسها النقص في الإمكانيات المادية المدرسية. – هناك فروق ذات دلالة لتقديرات المعلمين تعزى لعامل الخبرة. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة لتقديرات المعلمين تعزى لنوع المؤهل العلمي. في ضوء أسئلة الدراسة ونتائجها يوصي الباحث بما يلي: العمل على تطوير قدرات المشرفين التربويين التي تعمل على مساعدتهم في عملية الإشراف التربوي، وتساعدهم على تحقيق أهداف الإشراف التربوي بمحافظة الطفيلة. إيجاد نظام للحوافز المادية والوظيفية للمشرف التربوي المتميز، والمعلم المتميز. العمل على تفعيل المؤتمرات، والدورات، والندوات، وورشات العمل الإشرافية بحيث تؤدي إلى تقريب وجهات النظر بين المعلمين والمشرفين
The researcher prepare a questionnaire included passages about the degree of satisfaction of physical education teachers from the services provided by the supervisors of Physical Education in Educational Directorates Tafila. The research sample consisted of two groups: the supervisors of Physical Education their number (15), and the teachers and their number (147). Using the search descriptive method. And adopted the search tool on the questionnaire to collect data. Among the most important findings: - From the point of view of the three samples came level search services supervisory moderately. There are obstacles to providing services supervisory distinct, especially the shortage of possibilities in the physical school. There are significant differences to the estimates of teachers due to the experience factor. -There are significant differences to the estimates of teachers attributed to the type of qualification. In light of the questions and results of the study, the researcher recommends the following: To work on developing the capabilities of the supervisors that work on helping them in the process of educational supervision, and help them to achieve the goals of educational supervision province Tafila. - To create a system of incentives for physical and functional Musharraf Educational Excellence, and Distinguished Teacher. - To activate conferences, courses, seminars, and workshops so that the supervisory lead to the convergence of views between teachers and supervisors.
