المستخلص: تشهد الدراسات اللغوية تناميا مستمرا لاسيما في العقود الأخيرة من القرن الماضي، حتى اليوم، وتم التركيز على الدراسات اللغوية الصوتية المتصلة بالأداء الكلامي وبرزت العديد من الموضوعات التطبيقية في إطار الدراسة الصوتية، وكان من أبرزها ظاهرة التنغيم، التي تعد خاصية أساسية في الكلام لها تأثيرها البارز والواضح في تحديد. المعنى وتقويته أثناء الكلام.
وهذا البحث يلقي الضوء على هذه الظاهرة اللغوية الصوتية، ومدى تأثيرها على السامع في جلاء المعاني واستيضاح الدلالة، واستشعار ما يسمع، واتصال كل ذلك بالأداء النطقي عند تلاوة القرآن الكريم، ومدى إمكانية تطبيقها عند قراءة آياته الكريمة.
وقد اهتم البحث بإيضاح مفهوم التنغيم في اللغة والاصطلاح، وبيان ما يمكرن أن تظهره تلك المفاهيم من خصائص وأسس يقوم أو يرتكز عليها، سعيا للتوصل إلى إيضاح أهم وظائف التنغيم الصوتي أثناء النطق، أو فوائده التي يمكن إدراكها أثناء الأداء الكلامي المنغم المقصود.
مع مناقشة تلك الثمار أو الفوائد وايضاح إمكانية استخراجها أثناء تلاوة القران الكريم كأداء نطقي مميز، له أسسه التنغيمية المؤدية إلى التأثير المباشر على السامع أو المخاطب مع عرض الآراء التي تباينت حول وجود التنغيم في كتاب الله تعالى، بمفهومه الاصطلاحي ما بين مؤيد ومعارض، والسعي للتوفيق بينها وفق الضوابط اللغوية والأدائية التي تزيد. المعنى وضوحا والأداء تأثير.
مع عرض للعديد من النماذج التطبيقية، والاستدلالات العلمية والتأصيلية التي تخدم طبيعة الأداء الصوتي عند قراءة آيات كتاب الله عز وجل بضوابطها المحكمة التي تستند إلى أسس علم التجويد، وأسس التنغيم معا.

Linguistic studies have been growing continuously, especially in the last decades of the past century to this date. Emphasis has been placed on vocal language studies related to speech performance. Many applied subjects have emerged within the framework of the vocal study. Notable among them was the phenomenon of toning, which is an essential feature of speech that has a pronounced and visible effect in determining and strengthening the meaning during the pronunciation.
This research sheds light on this vocal linguistic phenomenon, the extent of its impact on the listener in clarifying the meanings, sensing of what is being heard, and the connection of all that with the speech performance when reciting the Holy Quran, and the extent to which it can be applied when reciting its verses.
The research focused on clarifying the concept of toning in language and terminology, as well as the characteristics and foundations that these concepts can demonstrate on which it is based or relies upon, in an attempt to clarify the most important functions of vocal toning while speaking, or the benefits that can be realized during the intended toned speech performance.
Discussing these fruits or benefits and explaining the possibility of extracting them during the recitation of the Holy Qur'an as a distinct pronunciation performance, which has its toning foundations leading to direct influence on the listener or who is being addressed with the presentation of opinions that diverged on the existence of toning in the Book of Allah, in its terminology, between supporters and opponents and seeking to reconcile between them according to language and performance regulations that clarify the meaning more and makes the pronunciation performance more effective.
With a presentation of many applied models, scientific and authentic reasoning that serve the nature of the sound performance when reading the verses of the Book of Allah, may He be glorified, according to the rules that are based on the foundations of the science of Tajweed (Elocution) and the foundations of toning together.
