المستخلص: هدف البحث التعرف إلى مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الشباب الجامعي في جامعتي دمشق والبعث، ودور الجامعة في تنمية مفاهيم المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الشباب الجامعي، ووضع مقترحات لتفعيل دور الجامعات في تعزيز مفاهيم المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج المقارن والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي استناداً إلى مقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية واستبانة مفاهيم المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الشباب الجامعي كأداتي بحث، وطبق البحث على عينة طبقية عشوائية بلغت (100) طالب وطالبة من طلبة جامعة دمشق و(100) طالب وطالبة من طلبة جامعة البعث. حيث توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج - نسبة الطلبة في جامعة دمشق منخفضي المسؤولية الاجتماعية (31.1%) ونسبة الطلبة متوسطين المسؤولية الاجتماعية (9.9%) ونسبة الطلبة مرتفعي المسؤولية الاجتماعية كانت (58.5%). بينما في جامعة البعث الطلبة منخفضي المسؤولية (25.02%) ونسبة الطلبة متوسطي المسؤولية (34.52%) أما الطلبة مرتفعي المسؤولية فكانت (40.48%). - يوجد تشابه إلى حد ما في طبيعة الوعي لدى الشباب الجامعي في كلا الجامعتين بمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية المجتمعية. - يوجد ارتفاعاً ملحوظاً في استجابات العينة من الشباب الجامعي في جامعتي دمشق والبعث عينة الدراسة على فقرات بعد المسؤولية تجاه الآخرين. - يوجد ميلاً واضحاً لدى طلبة جامعة البعث لعدم المشاركة السياسية بشكل أكبر من دمشق. - يوجد ارتفاعاً ملحوظاً في درجة انتماء طلبة جامعتي دمشق والبعث (عينة الدراسة) للوطن إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (18.16) بانحراف معياري (5.16). - هناك تناقضاً واضحاً في طبيعة وعي طلبة الجامعة (عينة الدراسة) وتصوراتهم الذهنية بالتعددية والانفتاح على الآخر.

The research aims to identify the level of social responsibility among university students in the universities of Damascus and rebirth, and to identify the role of the university in the concept of social responsibility to the university youth development, and develop proposals to activate the role of universities in promoting the concepts of social responsibility, the researcher has used the comparative approach and descriptive analytical method based on the scale social responsibility and identify the concepts of social responsibility among university students Measures search to answer research questions, and applied research on a stratified random sample reached (100) students from Damascus University students and 100 students from the Baath. Where students of the University research found to range Results of the most important: - The proportion of students at the University of Damascus, low social responsibility (31.1%) and the proportion of students two means social responsibility (9.9%) and the proportion of students High social responsibility was (58.5%). - The percentage of students in low-Baath University responsibility (25.02%) and the proportion of students Mediterranean social responsibility, (34.52%) while the students were High social responsibility (40.48%). - There are similarities to some extent in the nature of awareness among university students in both universities and community to the concept of social responsibility. - There is a remarkable increase in the sample responses of university students at the universities of Damascus and the Baath study sample clauses after responsibility towards others. - There is a clear tendency among Baath University students for lack of political participation more students from the University of Damascus. - There is a remarkable increase in the degree of affiliation Damascus University students and the Baath (sample) to the nation as the arithmetic average of the year (18.16) with a standard deviation (5.16). - There is an apparent contradiction in the nature of consciousness of university students (the sample) and their perceptions of intellectual pluralism and openness to others.
